The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with step-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. Another full bath with step-in shower off the hallway. Open living area, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. 3 televisions with streaming, and Wi Fi. Washer and dryer. Parking for 2 cars under the house. Easy walk-up, only 1-flight of stairs. BBQ grill. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs provided. There is a wrap balcony for you to lounge outside and soak up the sea air. A convenient location within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. No smoking. No parties, and local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
Just off Florida's west coast, in the Gulf of Mexico, lies a barrier island in a quaint little town called Indian Rocks Beach. If you look at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in the Gulf just west of Tampa. Centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Just 25+ minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30+ minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Deposit will be 25% at booking taken by credit card, check or Zelle, and the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
If paying balance due by credit card, there will be a 3% fee. Checks and Zelle accepted.
If stays are longer than 3 weeks, the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
