ColinMatthew’s place was so peaceful and a very easy walk to the beach! Having a washer and dryer on-site was very useful. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of utensils and appliances for cooking. And…it was SO nice to have beach chairs/towels/umbrella included as well! Overall great stay!

NicoleWe traveled as a group of three to IRB. We had a blast! We loved the convenient location to the beach as well as the restaurants and shop to walk too. Matthew’s place had a cooler, beach mat, chairs and a cart that made it very easy to enjoy the beach. This unit had easy parking, a cute little screened in porch to enjoy coffee in the morning and all the amenities to make us feel at home while on vacation. Matthew was responsive when it came to answering questions and gave us local recommendations- both of them were fabulous!This spot was so great - I can’t wait to book again next time I’m in town!

AnonymousThe property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch.This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”. The other folks were using it for most of our time so we didn’t actually get to use it.Only concern was on most windows, the blinds do not cover all of the window, leaving large gaps on the sides which don’t allow for total privacy.Beach provisions were much appreciated.Parking is limited to one car.

AnonymousVery pleasant and welcoming beach bungalow, perfect for our 2 night getaway. Walked to beach, and restaurants for dinner. Also a very cool nature preserve through mangroves. Path starts behind nearby playground! Unit has beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella! Matthew was prompt with all communication and showed us hospitality. Hope to stay here again on next visit to IRB!

Great communication from Matthew before during and after our stay to make sure we had all the check in details ahead of time and that everything was satisfactory throughout.The property was very comfortable, clean, and fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay along with thoughtful extras such as beach chairs, towels, and cooler for use at the beach just a few blocks away. Property was easy to find and access was a breeze with private entry and keyless lock.The location was beautiful and well situated where we were able to walk to the beach as well as dinner during our stay.I would certainly recommend this stay and will likely come back again!

EricMatthew's place is perfect for a beach vacation. The house is a quick walk away from Indian Rocks Beach. The bech is beautiful and there is a lot of good restaurants in the area. Plus the unit has a lot of space to hang out, a comfy couch and a big kitchen.

AlexanderGreat location, charming neighborhood, comfortable accommodations. We loved everything about it. There was an issue with the lights flickering and the power went out several times, but the owner said he would have an electrician in as soon as we checked out to fix it. He was accommodating and even offered to pay for our meals since we were cooking at the time, but the power went back on and we could finish cooking dinner. Just check with him to make sure that was fixed. That was the only thing I would say that wasn't stellar about our stay. Otherwise we loved it and would rent there again.

Perfectly located in a cute neighborhood down the block from the beach and around the corner from a park/playground, this home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. There is a nice outdoor common area featuring seating, grills, and a gas firepit. Perhaps the best part of all: the host, Matthew, is very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond. He provided a high chair and porta-crib for my son's family, and was super-accommodating with all requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation home and Matthew as a host.

CarolVery nice place to stay with my spouse. Great area, close to restaurants. Beach is very nice but cold this week in January so did not use it much. Great well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again. Matthew made sure all was good during the bad weather we had the week we were there.

Danielstayed here over the Christmas Holiday, great quite neighborhood, less then a mile from the beach and restaraunts bars etc...Cozy 1 bedroom, great for a single or 2.... Outside sitting area with grills, chairs etc.. Would definately stay here again

HannahMatthew's place in IRB is a perfect getaway spot! The condo is huge and has everything you need from cooking supplies to beach gear! We were able to walk to coffee and lunch everyday! Indian Shores is only a 5 minute drive away making everything convenient and quick to get to! The bed is incredibly comfortable and the whole place is clean and nicely decorated! Enjoyed our stay greatly and I cant wait to come back in the future for longer!

MickahSo far my favorite place to stay in Indian Rocks! Matthew is a very responsive and accommodating host. When we requested to extend our stay and he responded within 30mins. The aesthetic appeal of the house and amenities provided made it a 10/10!! The house is SOO spacious and more than comfortably fit 3 people. The giant eat in kitchen was gorgeous! Everything was super close by and easy to get too. The beach was just a walk down the street and Sand Key about 10-12 mins drive! If your looking to stay on the beach, this is it!

RhondaWhat a find! So cozy and comfortable with an old Florida vibe. 2.5 blocks to the beach, all the beach toys you could want. Would definitely stay again. Great for an older couple like us as it was quiet, bed was comfortable, and we had easy access to great restaurants and stores. We had a small issue with the sink drain that turned out to be totally due to my ignorance! Even so, Matthew was there within 30 minutes to get us sorted.

AndreaThis listing is just as it is described/shown on the website. It was SO nice to arrive and have the essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, counter spray, hand soap - provided. In addition, you will feel safe and enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. Matthew was very helpful and even went above and beyond by adjusting our check-out time and dropping off a much needed beach umbrella. You can literally go to this place and not need anything but food! Coffee, (I highly recommend Cafe de Paris) lunch, and dinner are all technically within walking distance. Furthermore, it was so nice to have beach chairs, the umbrella, and beach towels there. Go ahead, book your stay!

The kitchen is set up with everything needed to prepare meals. The whole unite has everything needed for the perfect vacation away from home. I highly recommend the place. AllenWe really enjoyed our stay at Matthew's beach house. The house was well-appointed, modern and super clean with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances and supplies to beach chairs. It's a close walk (.3 miles) to a nice beach on the gulf. There's also a private area in the back with chairs for chilling out. Communication was great!

NickLocation was excellent and unit was as described. There are 3 units on the property. Some of the beach chairs were broken and there was only one cart. I would recommend different options for beach gear but other than that the place was great!

Leethis is a great place to stay. very clean, comfortable and quiet. a nice walk to the beach or through the mangroves in the preserve a block away. Matthew is a great host and very responsive to your needs. Very nice area in the back with seating and a fire pit and shade during the day. Highly recommend, would stay there again.
