This 1 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage is located on the highly sought after Indian Rocks Beach! This cottage has recently been renovated. All new appliances, living room furniture and linens! The master bedroom has 2 queen beds. The living room has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. There is a full bath with a step-in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked for your needs. Two televisions with all the streaming options, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer on site. Gas grill. Lovely pool with lots of room to lounge. Beach towels, umbrella and chairs provided. Literally within a few steps of the sand and water!! (The pool and washer/dryer are shared with the beach house and another cottage on this property). Also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. No pets. No smoking. No parties. Local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM.
Area Information
Just off Florida's west coast, in the Gulf of Mexico, lies a barrier
island in a quaint little town called Indian Rocks Beach. If you look
at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in
the Gulf just west of Tampa . Centrally located between Clearwater Beach
and St. Pete Beach. Just 25+ minutes from Tampa International Airport
and 30+ minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea
World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

My fiance and I stayed at this very nice house just yards away from the beach and what a beach. The house has everything you need from things you need for the house to hear for the beach life. Everyone is beautiful that I met very nice and helpful . We tried a few eating places and they were also lovely very nice and a Italian restaurant even went over and above to make a dish I so much enjoy wow. Our furry kids go everywhere with us and I know they enjoyed it they didn't want to go back home they soaked all the way home lol we love them so much. Shannon and I really needed this to, the sand ,sun and great people so relaxing or batteries our charge up now. Want to thank the host and home owner nice, beautiful people much love from Shannon and I hope to see you around Halloween. And go looking for houses.

Kitchen had lots of utensils, plates bowls cups, Crock-pot, casserole dish, pots and pans, plenty of linens, face, hand, and body towels. Starter row of paper towels in the kitchen. It's a home away from home, except with this home, you have the beach to enjoy every single day! . It's everything they said it would be! Yes, we enjoyed the massager recliner! We will be back next year in July, the Lord willing and nothing happens to keep us from coming! Sitting on the balcony porch in the evening time is always a blessing. You can see the beach Waters when sitting on the balcony. You truly will enjoy this little cottage when on vacation! FYI, when you leave the cottage for a day out of shopping, turn left, follow the road all the way, almost to the end, you will see a Columbia restaurant on the right. Turn right into the little plaza with quite a few shops! Truly you will find something to take back with you! Dunkin' donuts is there too! Don't forget to visit John's Pass on one of the days that you are not swimming with the waves ! Enjoy

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely home. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and food delivery. Approximately 20 minutes to John's Pass. Easy access to grocery stores. The beach house is homey and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset was lovely. Quick walk to the beach. The host provides plenty of towels and has a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen knives could use sharpening but outside of that everything was perfect. The recliner in the living area has a massager and heater which after a day of kayaking or paddle boarding was very nice. Plenty of beach chairs were provided. This is our second year staying in this property and it has provided the same consistent level of comfort and cleanliness.

The location is awesome! Just a few houses down from the beach, sit on the balcony for a view of the water. Quiet for the most part, there is a public parking lot in front of the house but was never really noisy. The house was well equipped with everything you could need including beach towels, chairs umbrella and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking under the home was really nice, kept the car much cooler. Convenient to local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and ice cream shops. The outside shower was really nice to get the sand off, water hose made it easy to wash off paddle boards. Loved every minute.

This rental was fantastic. Perfect location! The house is adorable and has everything you need. It's airy, comfortable and more than enough room for everyone. It's steps to the beach. What more could you ask for. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great walking neighborhoods across the street. Sometimes when you rent, you take a chance because you are going by pictures only, but renting this house turned out to be a win for us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! Literally only steps to the beach, which is very convenient with kids for bathroom breaks or lunch. You can actually see the ocean from porch. They have provided everything you need such as beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, even boogie boards for the kids. The inside is nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect. It's within walking distance to a few restaurants and less than a 5 minute drive to many more plus a CVS, beach shops, ice cream, and a convenience store. 4 of us stayed here comfortably and will likely be returning in the future! Cheryl was great to work with and answered every question we had prior to arrival promptly. This was our first time visiting Indian Shores and we fell in love!

Did I mention location? It was perfect, steps from the beach, walking distance to local restaurants, shops, ice cream, a convenience store, and an awesome produce market, and only a short drive to major grocery stores, chain restaurants and shopping plazas. There’s a beach trolley stop just down the street to take you to any of the other beach towns. It’s a quiet neighborhood for sleeping but enough people around for people watching from the porch or patio. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, linens and towels new and fresh, there was even a reclining massage chair to relax at the end of the day. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys too. We WILL be back!

The house was everything you need to be your home away from home. Kitchen was nicely supplied, ample chairs and toys for the beach, and very clean. You couldn't ask for a spot so close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect!

We rented this great little cottage for the month of January to get away from cold Western NC weather.. What a great choice! So convenient to everything. Found it very clean and stocked with anything we needed. Owner next door and very welcoming. Searched for a cottage where we could bring our mini goldendoodle and this was perfect.
