This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the highly sought after Indian Rocks Beach! Bright and comfortable. Literally only steps to the sand! You will love the coastal decor and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a queen size pull-out in one of the living room couches. Full bath with step-in shower in the master bedroom. Another full bath with tub and shower in the hallway. Open living area, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for your needs. 3 televisions with streaming, and Wi Fi. Washer and dryer. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs provided. Sit on your balcony and soak up the sea air. Relax in the heated pool. Quaint complex with only 8 units. A perfect location within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Assigned under building parking for 2 cars. No pets. No smoking. No parties, and local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
Area Information
Just off Florida's west coast, in the Gulf of Mexico, lies a barrier island in a quaint little town called Indian Rocks Beach. If you look at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in the Gulf just west of Tampa. Centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Just 25+ minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30+ minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

If paying balance due by credit card, there will be a 3% fee. Checks accepted.
Possible surcharge for holiday weeks. 7-night minimum on some holiday weeks.
If stays are longer than 3 weeks, the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM - 8AM
Assigned parking for 2 vehicles.
No smoking and no pets permitted.

We rented this condo for spring break. It is very nicely furnished and has all the kitchen items you need. Very clean and a few steps to the beach. It was perfect for our family of five. The only downside was the pool, which is very small. But the beach was beautiful and so we did not mind. The owner is very nice and accommodating. She responds very quickly. Would definitely rent it again.

Excellent location! Right on the beach side, no roads to cross! (not sure about the review below, as this unit is not on the Intracoastal). The unit comes with everything.. beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, etc.). The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture and mattresses so comfortable. Small complex, so the pool is never crowded. There are several restaurants within walking distance, with one being right across the street. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

The townhome that my family and I stayed in was an amazing experience. The rental has plenty of amenities and includes everything you need to venture out to the beach (beach towels, beach toys, umbrella, etc.) or if you just want to hang around the rental. The kids enjoyed playing the board games included in the rental and my wife and I appreciated the beautiful view of the intercoastal from our unit as well as the very convenient walk across the street to the beach. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who may be interested in a visit to Indian Rocks Beach!

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. All the necessities were available in the condo, including plenty of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.The location was perfect, a safe and quick 5 minute walk to the beach and just across the street to several shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit worked out wonderfully..it was clean and comfortable..we really liked that it was close to the beach access so that our older children could get to the beach by themselves. The owner also went out of her way to make an outdoor grill available. I will definately will recommend it to friends.
