The kitchen is fully stocked for your needs. 3 televisions with streaming, and Wi Fi. New washer and dryer. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs provided. Sit on your balcony and soak up the sea air. Quaint complex with only 4 units! Beautiful outdoor area with full size BBQ grill and seating. A perfect location within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Assigned under building parking for 1 car, and guest space first come first serve. 2nd floor, walk-up. One small pet allowed. Maximum weight 25 lbs. No cats. No smoking. No parties, and local Indian Rocks Beach City ordinances must be followed which include but are not limited to quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If you look at a map of Florida, our area is the little point furthest out in the Gulf just west of Tampa. Centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Just 25+ minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30+ minutes to Busch Gardens. Orlando with Disney World and Sea World is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Deposit will be 25% at booking taken by credit card, check or Zelle, and the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
If paying balance due by credit card, there will be a 3% fee. Checks and Zelle accepted.
If stays are longer than 3 weeks, the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
