Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the NW corner facing the house.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Great property at a great location. Nice home that was clean and setup in a very inviting manner when we first arrived. Couple of small issues which the property managers took care of right away. Very friendly and helpful team. Definitely would stay again.

Pictures do not do this house justice. Home was perfect for our party of 12. Separate rooms on separate levels was a plus for individual families. Alan is great! Awesome communication and quick to assist us as needed. He also allowed for early check in last minutes which was greatly appreciated. Our family has rented through Alan before and will continue to do so.

We had 10 woman stay in this beautiful home. Perfect location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. House was awesome and had everything needed. Look forward to staying there again.
