First time staying on first floor! This condo has everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the new furniture and fresh paint! The security and cleanliness of the amenities at Calypso were great, there were more young teens there this year, but no issues. The pool cleaning crew does an amazing job, beach service was great!! 103E, thank you for a great place to stay!!

Amazing! Beautiful condo and views

Our time in 2203 west tower was nothing but 1st class! Jenny and Nikki are ranked #1 in service, they attended to all our needs and go beyond! The condo was equipped with all the comforts of home. The view from the 22nd floor was stunning! If you ever go to PCB, I would highly recommend booking with Jenny

My family and I had wonderful time during our stay. Leading up to our vacation, the process and communication was more than I expected, but pleasant and welcomed. We were kept well informed and the availability of the property managers to answer any questions or concerns were above and beyond.The condo was clean and well kept along with the property overall. The area had plenty to do for the family and having the chair service at the beach was a great addition they provide.The checking out process was simple, which concluded our stay to remain positive from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend staying with any of the premium beach condos properties. My family and I are looking forward to our return.

Perfect trip!

From the moment you book the property, everything is thoroughly communicated. The guidebook was a nice touch too. The property is conveniently located near Pier Park and surrounding areas. The condo being on first floor was great for getting in and out. You don't need to use the elevator at all! Husband and I loved the Tiki Bar and all bartenders were friendly. Beach chair service was easy to obtain. Condo has everything a family of three needs but could have easily accommodated more people (kids) with the pull-out couch. Overall no complaints about our beach trip!

So Amazing!!

This condo was just fabulous! We loved being on the 1st floor. So easy to enter and exit and the views were so amazing from the balcony. My pics of the sunset were just stunning! The condo had everything you needed and then some. Check in and out simple and no issues with parking. The resort is super clean and beautiful. We loved being so close to the pier and Pier Park, so many restaurants and shopping within walking distance, maybe only drove somewhere once. The communication with the owners was superb!! We had an amazing stay and would certainly stay in this condo again.

Wonderful! The view beautiful!

The property is as described. Clean and very comfortable. It has most everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. They provide beach chair service which was great. We paid extra for premium parking which was directly under the building just few steps from the elevator. Restaurants and activities were within walking distance. Grocery store was just minutes away. Jenny and Nickey were great to work with. Booking was a breeze also. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we had a wonderful time.

Amazing retreat

I don't normally make reviews but this one deserves recognition. Our past experiences with vacation rentals did not rate this type of review. The booking process was very simple. Our accommodations were as advertised. It was located on the first floor overlooking a heated pool and palm trees with beautiful views of the Gulf. Most importantly, we were saved from having to use the elevators. We can not say enough about Jenny and Nicky. They are very professional and a true blessing to work with. Have already made my reservations for next year.

perfect beachy quiet condo

Location location, location. Perfect area to walk to the pool, beach and into town. Clean and comfortable family room furniture. Could use a new mattress and quieter utility closet. Love that it has 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen.

Awesome location...amazing view.

This unit is ideal for couple with children. You can sit on patio and watch your kids in the pool. No elevator needed. View is amazing. Very clean and as shown in pictures.

Heaven, pure heaven!

Everything was just as it was advertised in the listing. Walking distance to the Pier Park Mall and numerous restaurants. Loved being on the first floor as we didn't have to wait for the elevators ever! Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped complete with a Keurig(of sorts) & coffee pot combination. Loved everything about this place and will plan on returning in the future. It was very easy communicating with the host as well. No problems whatsoever!

Beautiful condo! Amazing view of the ocean!

Beautiful condo! The location was great! Amazing view of the beach, pool, and pier from the room. The room is in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach. Pier Park is across the street and a short walking distance. Family friendly - and we also reserved private parking in the basement. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Great condo and great location!

This condo was perfect for the time of year that we went. The weather was great and since it was between Easter break and the end of any school term the beach, pool, condo complex and restaurants were not crowded. The condo was clean and located on the first floor which was wonderful and the beach and pool were so accessible. We did not rent a car but we didn't need one as we could walk to Pier Park across the street to many restaurants and stores. It was really nice to get beach chairs assigned to us and included in the price of the condo. The condo owner was extremely on the ball and responsive which I appreciate. The only negative we had was that the condo is on a busy street so you can hear all the traffic noise, etc. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great location!

Our family of 5 stayed here for our fall break! The location was perfect! No elevators, perfect view of the pool and the beach! I was honestly worried we wouldn’t be able to see the ocean from the ground floor but it was a fantastic view! We walked to Pier Park, Shuckems and Gulf World.

Loved our condo @

This was our second stay at the Calypso in two years! We go on Fall break with a group of family and friends and we enjoyed the condo and area so much last fall that we returned this year!! Booking the condo was a breeze!! Our condo was amazing…awesome views, very clean, property manager was AMAZING! We had no problems getting in to our room (actually was ready earlier then check in time)! Check out what check out I mean you just leave and let them know so that is the simplest it can get!!The location of the Calypso is so convenient! The only time we drove anywhere was to Walmart (which is down the street) and then Go-Kart racing! Other then that we walked everywhere every night!! It is so close to Pier Park that has everything you need, then you have Diego’s down the other side that is walking distance, plus Shuckums!! Perfect location!! We will definitely be back at the Calypso if we make it back down to PCB!!

AMAZING!!!!

This was the first time renting a condo. It was perfect size for me and my husband. Very clean and had everything we needed. We liked being on the first floor and having the beach close to us. We would definitely book here again. Jenny was very helpful with our private parking situation also.

Perfect Family Vacation

I can't say enough about how wonderful this vacation was. The condo was perfect for our family of five (two adults and three kids). The kids thought the bunk beds were so fun. The location of the unit itself is perfect. With it being on the first flood we didn't have to wait in lines for the elevators and beach and pool access was so easy. Noise was not an issue at all. The location of the property itself is also wonderful. It's right on the beach and in walking distance so so many attractions, particularly Pier Park.I can't leave a review without mentioning how wonderful Jenny, the owner is. She provides you with all the information you need about the unit, and is very easy to access in the event that you need anything. We will definitely be renting from her again when we come back to PCB!

Always fantastic!

We keep coming back because it is always a fantastic vacation from the pool to the views to location. Visited Shell Island this time by shuttle which is right down the road aa well as restaurants in Pier Park, walkable distance. Already booked for Thanksgiving!

Vacay 2021

Only complaint I have was the amount of trash that was thrown in the pool at night. Every night you could here items being thrown from top floors into the pool. The pool was always clean in the morning, but first night there were two full bananas. Second night there was a condom thrown into the pool.

My love of a Beach Vacation was more than satisfied this week!!

Arrangements were easy to make. The accommodations were great. We were in a lst floor condo with the pool outside our patio, the mandatory Tiki Bar within steps, and the beach also within steps. The shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance, i.e. a block away in any direction. About the only reason to get into your car was to go to the grocery store. We had close-to--perfect weather, but the few times we had a little rain, we only had to visit the Tiki Bar for a few minutes and the rain stopped and the sun was out again calling us back to the beach!! Everyone was friendly and efficient . The convenience of the Calypso is unbeatable. We were very pleased with this rental and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Ideal Condo and Hostess!

This condo is perfect, from the location on the beach and the gorgeous views from the patio to the close proximity of restaurants, shops, the pier and Pier Park! October get away

PCB and Calypso is our favorite get-away destination Unit 103E is perfectly decorated and very comfortable We enjoy the connivence of being on the first floor, short walk to shopping and eating at Pier Par We’ve lost count of the number of stays we’ve had and hope to have many more.

Perfect place at PCB!

Everything was perfect from the time we booked with vrbo all the way through to making review! Jenny was helpful in every email and text. The instructions for entering condo was explained so easy. Perfect view

First time I’ve ever stayed on the ground floor at the beach. I was worried about the view and not being able to see the ocean. It was a beautiful unobstructed view. I have a bad knee and it’s hard for me to walk long distances. So the sand isn’t too much of my friend. I was able to sit at the pool, turn my chair toward the ocean and I had the perfect view, with the sound of the waves. It was just perfect. The booking process was easy. Parking garage was great. Walking distance to the pier was easy for me. The pool was nice. The room was just as pictured. We will visit again!

Nice stay

Loved the room and had a wonderful time. The bed was a little soft for me but when the curtains shut, it was dark and great for a napping! Not having to deal with the elevator was definitely a plus.
