About the owner: Hello and welcome~ We’re Mike & Kerri Smart, originally from Massachusetts and most recently lived on Cape Cod for 5 years, before relocating back to Florida. Our kids are all grown, and we enjoy time on our boat when not doing home improvements and renovations at our primary home.
We have completely remolded our home since moving in on March, 2020. The bathrooms, the kitchen, the family room- it’s all been completed redesigned & decorated. The home is a great layout for a family or two families to share. Easy access from Orlando International Airport (25 min) or Tampa international (1 hour).
The home is convenient to Walt Disney World Resorts & 4 theme parks. Also Universal Studios.
We made our home available to rent out when we’re not here ourselves, the benefits of that are for you! You’ll truly feel at home, a home away from home.
Our new laundry unit provides detergent for your convenience. Our eat in kitchen allows you to cook here and not dine out during your entire trip. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. Our pool is private and fenced in for your privacy and enjoyment.
Why this property? Our home is not your typical rental. It’s our primary home and because of that, you will feel like you’re at home during your vacation. Everything is here, you just need to take off your shoes, relax and enjoy your vacation. Whether you are coming to golf, go to the theme parks, or just escape the winter blues… you’ll find our home to be inviting, comfortable and immaculate.
