Beautiful Private Courtyard Villa with In-Ground Spa

This gorgeous villa in Hadley Village features a large private courtyard with a large inviting spa inside a spacious screened brick patio with a covered area for outdoor dining. The landscaping features natural stone with a small fountain.

Tile floors, granite countertops, a gourmet stocked kitchen, and volume ceilings make this villa the perfect place to enjoy the Villages lifestyle.

Sleeping - This casually elegant accommodation offers brand new beds: a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom plus a very nice queen inflatable ( that is very comfy) in the office.

Bathing - The adjoining master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with a soaker shower head and built-in bench while the 2nd bathroom (directly across from the 2nd bedroom) offers a tub/shower combination. 1 blow dryer provided

Pets - We welcome bathed well-behaved pets that don't suffer from separation anxiety (barking/howling, digging/scratching, clawing up furniture, etc). The $50 per pet fee covers the cost of deep cleaning and there is a limit of 2 pets per stay for weekly renters and $75 for monthly stays.

Parking - 1.5 car garage with driveway parking. The home is on a dead-end providing close and ample guest parking if needed.

Spa/Swimming - The crystal blue spa is maintained weekly and provides a sanitary soak for your weary bones and sore muscles. There are 70 pools spread all over the Villages, one just down the street.

Washer/dryer on premise with detergent provided.
Golf Bag/shoe/hat storage in the garage along with a utility sink.
Ice is plentiful.
Iron and board
Cleaning supplies, garbage bags & 2 rolls of paper towels included.

Deposit of $500 due within 7 days of reservation for weekly rentals and $1000 for monthly rentals. The remainder is due 30 days from your arrival date for 1-month rentals and 14 days for weekly rentals. If your arrival date is within 15 days of your reservation date, the entire rental amount is due immediately.
If you are renting more than 1 month, the deposit is $1000. The sum is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations -
For weekly rentals -
16 + days prior to your arrival - full refund
8 - 15 days prior to your arrival- the penalty is $300
0-7 days prior to your arrival date - no refund

For 1-month rentals -
Up and to 30 days prior to your arrival date - full refund
15 - 29 days - $250 of your $500 deposit will be refunded along with any other monies you have paid in advance.
7 - 14 days - forfeit the entire $500 deposit but the remainder of your payment will be refunded.
0 - 7 days - no refund

For 2 + month rentals -
Up to 60 days prior to your arrival date - full refund
Up to 30 days prior to your arrival date - forfeit the entire $1000 deposit
15 - 30 days - the penalty is the cost of 1 month's rental
0 - 14 days - the penalty is 100% of the cost of 1.5 month's rental

Golf - If you didn't know, the Villages has 12 Championship Golf & Country Clubs and more than 42 Executive Golf Courses spread out throughout the community, with more currently being designed and constructed

Golf Cart Rental can be arranged in advance for approx. $550 per month. The cart will be delivered to your front door. Inquire when booking for more information.

Dining & Shopping - You will be 9 minutes from Sumter Landing for dining, dancing, shopping and both indoor and outdoor options abound.
