About this rental
This is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet neighborhood central to many attractions and town centers. Everything you'll need is right here: screened lanai, fully equipped kitchen, queen beds in each bedroom, pillows and linens, second tv in the master, 2 full baths, full washer and dryer. WiFi is provided, but not cable tv. Roku is included so that you may log in to your streaming television services. A golf cart is not included, but can be rented on a weekly/monthly basis.. Our site manager is a Villages resident and a great source of all you need to know to enjoy your stay, whether it is long term or just a week or so. He is only a phone call away to provide any assistance you need.

About the owner: As a retired Naval officer who has visited The Villages many times, I thought it was time to become a villager myself! Many of my friends reside in The Villages, some part-time and some full-time, and on their recommendations and my own great experiences visiting, I decided the time was right to avail myself and my family of the lifestyle The Villages offers.
Why this property? This property offers just the right mix of comfort and ease-of-care that allows one to relax in an unfussy, homey environment while still providing amenities that one wants and expects in a vacation setting.
