Great experience - A new House in “Newal”The Villages - very well cared for, clean, well stocked nicely furnished. The subdivision is brand new with well kept, nicely landcaped homes. This home backs on to a small lake/pond facing north with a large screened in lanai again well furnished including another TV. The home is in the south end of the Villages a short Cart ride from Sawgrass Square offering nightly entertainment & a multiple of casual dining choices. Lots of community pools close by with rec. centres offering just about everything one could expect including pool tables & a lot more for rainy off days. Golf choices are many from complimentary pitch & putt, par 3 courses, to “pay as you play” over a doz. championship courses a very short distance from this house. Notables…golf cart, TV’s throughout, bedding & comfy mattress, garage, large rooms throughout, beautiful bathrooms, open concept kitchen with everything…really enjoyed this home for the month & would definitely book again!
