Our healthy home is perfect for anyone sensitive to strong scents, carpets, or chemicals. It offers the privacy only a courtyard villa can provide, while being bright and airy. Relax and feel restored in the Florida sunshine and this lovely home.
The open, spacious living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining - spilling out onto the lanai and private courtyard. The whole house has been upgraded from carpet to beautiful hard flooring.
The well-stocked kitchen is for your enjoyment. Healthy stainless steel and cast iron pans in all sizes are here for your use. Any small appliance you might want or need is here. A quiet Bosch dishwasher ensures you can enjoy your evenings without listening to a noisy dishwasher.
The primary suite boasts an king organic cotton mattress (Saatva) and organic Boll and Branch linens. The private bath has a walk- shower with custom crafted glass doors. Access the lanai from the primary bedroom or living area.
The queen guest bed has all organic linens and pocket doors creating a completely private suite.
The house is equipped with a full size, high-efficiency front load washer and dryer on pedestals for easy access. We provide natural laundry soap and other natural products for cleaning.
Outdoor space has been professionally landscaped and lighted with your relaxation in mind. Weber gas grill also provided. There is also a free-standing fire pit for you to enjoy (firewood not included).
Amenities, utilities, TV, high-speed internet, trash, and lawn service are included in the prices. The smart TV allows you to use your own Netflix, and Prime Video accounts. Daily paper provided if requested.
Two seater Yamaha golf cart included with monthly rental. Roadside assistance is provided at no extra charge.
Guest ID is available for $50 (paid to The Villages upon arrival) for two people. This allows you to use all amenities a resident has including executive golf course, swimming pools, and recreation centers.

Pine Ridge is a short golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square or Lake Sumter Landing. Colony plaza is 5 minutes away with a Publix, Neighborhood Walmart, Walgreens, and much more.

About the owner: We're NY natives that have lived in the beautiful Hudson Valley (Beacon) since 2001. John is a financial professional with his own business and I'm in healthcare. In 2022, we made the decision to leave NY and make The Villages our permanent home. So now with our two dachshunds, Finn and Gus, we're living in another home in a nearby Village and are able to be available to renters as needed.
Why this property? We visited The Villages in the late 1990's and loved it. At that time, Spanish Springs was really the only Town Center. Since then we've watched Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood come to life - each with their own unique vibe. We're now looking forward to experiencing this again as Eastport is built.
We finally took the plunge and bought this new villa when Pine Ridge was being built. Since buying it we've made it our vacation spot 4 or 5 times a year. It's a great place to relax and unwind from life. We love the community pools that are close and quiet.
