The home has a large kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, lanai, and a heated / cooled Florida room (sunroom), large garage which connects to the kitchen through a laundry room. There are three 60" + TV's (connected to high-speed internet and an Amazon Firestick).
Front bedroom is currently set up as an office / tv room but can provide additional sleeping with the use of a high-quality King Coil air mattress (located in garage). There are two large BBQ's (gas and charcoal) located in the backyard.

Wonderful Home would love to rent it again meet all or needs and them some everything was perfect. Excepted weather was colder then expected but renter has nothing to do about that.

The house is delightful. So nicely decorated and very very well kept. Owner is super nice and helpful. If we were coming back we would definitely stay here again. They thought of everything. Two golf carts were a wonderful plus. Neighborhood was lovely.

Adam's 3 bedroom home in The Villages is located in a great area...10 minute cart ride from Championship golf courses, pickleball courts and Sumter Landing.Adam's place had everything we needed from 2 golf carts, 2 refrigerators, gas grill, charcoal grill and a tv in every room.Adam was a great host who took care of everything we needed, including booking our tee times.5 star experience for our group of 6 guys.Aldo
