This house is situated in a “Prime Village” and located near so many amenities. Sawgrass, Eastport and Brownwood town squares for daily and nightly entertainment are minutes away. Putty greens alongside Champion Golf Courses and Executive course-which are free with Village ID. Enjoy your stay by joining in on all the Recreation Centers have to offer; there are five close by and accessible by golf cart. Shopping for all your food needs is located a short car drive but can get there 10 minutes more by cart. The home itself is nestled inside the most friendliest village we have ever stayed in-lifelong friendships will be made by attending all the events they plan. The home is beautifully decorated with high end finishes from the living room to bedrooms and lanai. All you’ll ever need has been thought of and is available for use. Cart was a big benefit as we rarely used a car during our 4 month stay. Book now and relax-Great Owners.
