: My name is Greg Dunn and my partner is Anna Briggs.
We purchased this home so we could rent it out for others to enjoy the beautiful place called The Villages. It is mostly a retirement community but you only need to be 21 years of age to rent our property.

Why this property?

This property is a well maintained house built in 2007. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a 2 car garage. It is located on a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood. It is about one half mile to a country club with a beautiful restaurant and golf course. It is 2 miles to our favorite square which is Lake Sumter Landing. The Brownwood square is 7.4 miles away. Spanish Springs town square is 6.1 miles away. The newest square called Eastport is 11 miles away. Sawgrass grove which is not a square but has nightly bands just like at the squares is 8.4 miles.
