Casa Verde, is a fully-furnished designer home, Tamarind Plan. Relax on the large lanai and view the landscaping instead of at someone else's backyard! Enjoy watching the multi-colored golf carts going by on the path beyond the hedges. Plants and grasses provide added privacy from the neighbors. The lanai contains a daybed for lounging and a dining table with four chairs.

Enjoy the healthy environment at Casa Verde. We upgraded to all tile floors and no-VOC paint. Most of the linens are organic, and we use natural cleaners to sanitize between guests. There is a whole-house filtration system, potassium chloride softener, and reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink. Both showers have filters to remove chlorine from the water.

In the open living area, watch the 55-inch curved screen TV and feel like you are in action with the paired soundbar and subwoofer. A second TV is in the guest bedroom, and both TVs connect through high-speed internet. Bring your own Netflix, Prime, and Vudu accounts.

The well-stocked, large kitchen gets daylighting from a solar tube and includes a pantry, gas range, stainless steel cookware, and a variety of utensils. Bedrooms include Master with King, Guest with Queen, and Third BR with pull-out twin. The Master has a large walk-in closet, and the bath has an all-tile shower; the Guest bath has a tub with shower and tiled walls. The inside laundry has a large-capacity washer and a gas dryer. We provide unscented laundry detergent, hand soaps, and eco dishwasher gel.

Amenities, utilities, internet TV, high-speed internet, trash, and lawn service are included in the listed prices. No phone landline or cable TV.

The electric golf cart is a 2019 model with a long-lasting lithium battery. Travel 50 miles or more on a single charge with the confidence of Roadside Assistance. Charges in less than a half hour.

The St. Catherine Recreation Center includes an outdoor heated pool and postal center. Ezell Recreation Center provides indoor and outdoor workout facilities, an Olympic outdoor pool, tennis, pickleball, and several other activities each day of the week. Unique Benefits

We fell in love with this location because of its proximity to Sawgrass Grove and Ezell Recreation area. Also, there are separate walking trails from the home that goes around two ponds, and bike paths (non-golf-cart paths) are designated for just walking/jogging and biking. We like the openness of looking out the lanai and seeing the birds, sunrises to the east, and the various golf carts.
