The home has all new bedroom furniture (2020) and the living room has powered recliners and a new 65" TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. The entire interior walls and ceilings were just painted (July 2022) for a fresh and bright look. You will find the kitchen and bathrooms stocked with your basic needs.
It is a perfect place to call home when you come to The Villages. It works well for one or two couples or a family that is visiting the area. The locations allows for a short golf cart ride to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing and dozens of golf courses. A newer model Yamaha Gas golf cart is included.

About the host: We are home owners in The Villages and fell in love with the lifestyle and the many ways to entertain and be entertained. We not only rent this property out but use it when friends and family come to visit. We would hope you enjoy staying here as much as our family does.
My wife and I grew up in Michigan and retired here to Florida. Like many northerners the long winters kept us inside and inactive for too many months. Here we are both very active. We can be outside year round and don’t feel there will ever be a lack of fun and healthy things to do in the Villages. It’s not just a great place to visit but a great place to live. So far, 8 of our renters have purchased their own homes here. I’m always happy to help educate people about the different areas. (all at no charge). My reward is seeing others find the same happiness we found when we moved here.
Why this property? This is an amazing location if you enjoy the Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing town squares. Both are just a short golf cart ride away. With the abundance of entertainment, dining and other activities, you will never be at a loss for something fun to do. When you want to enjoy some quiet time the electrically heated pool gives you a place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather.

The location of this home was incredible. I did not have a car so the use of the golf cart was invaluable. My dog loved walking on the trails along the golf course. The house was beautifully furnished and Mike was always available and helpful. Ofcourse, the private pool was an added benefit for the HOT July weather.

After four wonderful years of spending November through April in this beautiful home we are not able to return next year. I wanted to let future renters know just how great our stays have been.We have been impressed with all the upgrades we witnessed over the last four years. The complete painting of the interior really brightened up the home. The pool area became a show place when the pool was resurfaced and the beautiful mural privacy screen was added. We spend countless hours outside by the pool.Finally, I want to mention how welcoming and helpful Mike, the owner has been. He stops by every week to maintain the pool but has also responded quickly if we have any concerns. I’m confident to say that if you rent here you will absolutely enjoy your stay! This house feels more like a home.

We have rented here for several years. The house is always clean and well stocked when we arrive. The location in The Villages is fantastic. It’s close to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing Town Squares and the free nightly entertainment, restaurants and shopping in these areas. The gas golf cart included with the rental runs great and gets you anywhere in The Villages.The pool was just resurfaced and a beautiful privacy screen was installed by the pool to enhance the enjoyment outside by the pool. The interior of the house was also completely repainted which brightened everything up nicely.Finally, the owner works very hard to make sure everything works well and does not hesitate to take care of any needs we have. Our family rented for just under a month and had an amazing experience. The office was perfect for my husband to work, and the internet connection was great. We were able to complete e-learning while he was on zoom calls.The neighborhood is very friendly, and the walking paths are well kept. The house is very close to the grocery store. We took the golf cart every time, and I used the excuse to get Dunkin Donuts coffee which is right by the store. Every type of store you could need (from target to tj maxx) is maximum 10 minutes away.The kitchen had enough room to cook, and looked out on the pool which was great. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, there was plenty of hot water, the washer and dryer were nice and had good capacity, and there were several cozy blankets which were great for hanging out on the couch in the evenings.The pool was maintained weekly, and we even made a couple beach trips (about 1.5 hours away). My 3 year old even learned how to swim! The private pool was perfect for COVID.Mike was an excellent host and I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend this rental, we had an amazing time and we had everything we needed.

We rented Perez Place for 2 months May & June. The house was located 4 minutes from Spanish Springs Square and 8 minutes to lake Sumter. The house was equipped with all amenities and when I asked Mike (the owner) about BBQing he went out and got us an electric grill. Mike was a gracious host and the icing on the cake was midnight dips in the pool. Also included was a Golf Cart which made exploring the Villages a lot of fun! We loved this area and this rental so much that we purchased our own home about 5 minutes away. This is a great rental!
