The Villages Morningview Villa rental w/Golf Cart

Our beautiful, furnished, well maintained 3 bedroom courtyard villa is located in Calumet Grove. You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door.The villa is just a golf cart away from the First Responders Rec Center and the Nancy Lopez Country Club, close to Calumet Grove pool, Mulberry Grove Rec Center, the Savannah Center, golf courses, polo grounds and shopping. 2 seater Yamaha golf cart is included as well as 3 bicycles, a Weber grill, Dish TV, 3 Rokus and high speed internet.

As you enter the front door, you will find a lovely kitchen with white cabinets, fully equipped for all your kitchen needs. Enjoy your breakfast and hot coffee while reading your Daily Sun newspaper at the long pony bar breakfast area. There is a spacious, open dining room and living room with a tv as well as plenty of seating. Step out the side slider in the dining room to the patio area with a pergola and flagstone walk.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 night stands with lamps, tv, full size dresser, large walk in closet, private bathroom with walk in shower. The sliding door leads out to your private screened lanai where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. There is an outdoor table and patio chairs, that lead to the low maintenance, professionally landscaped yard.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, TV, as well as a dresser and desk area. This bedroom and guest bathroom are separated from the living area by a pocket door.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, TV and a desk area with a printer for guests to use.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. There are also cabinets and a pantry located in the laundry room as well as an iron, ironing board and vacuum. We provide linens, towels, bedding and pool towels.

2 seater Yamaha golf cart is included as well as 3 bicycles with helmets, a Weber grill, Dish TV, 3 Rokus and high speed internet.

THERE IS A RING DOOR BELL AND SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY THAT ARE MONITORED AND MAINTAINED BY THE LANDLORD.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT RENT TO WORK CREWS!

Please know that in order to access pools, rec centers or activities in The Villages, you will need a guest pass or a temporary resident ID.

The guest passes are free but you will still have to pay guest rates for golf, tennis and other amenities. You will not be able to request advance T-times and not have access to sports pools or the woodworking shop. You may also experience difficulty accessing some shows and classes that allow resident's entry first and then allow guests when there is space available.

The temporary resident ID's are for two people and there is an additional fee of $50.00. You will have full resident member access to the amenities once the form is completed. We can fill out the form for you and you can pick up the temporary ID's at the Spanish Springs Sales Center.
