The Villages in an over 55 Senior, active, Community with over 40 Executive Golf Courses and 12 championship Golf Courses with Country Clubs. There are hundreds of activities to enjoy; i.e. swimming pools, spas, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, volley ball, billiards, bowling, all kinds of dancing (including line dancing), all kinds of Cards, Bingo, Arts& Crafts, bicycling, nature trails, archery, baseball, etc etc etc There is even Horse Polo during season.
Enjoy Free, nightly, live entertainment with dancing from 5pm-9pm at Town Square with Happy Hour from 5-6pm.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 1 mile from Spanish Springs Town Square, restaurants, boutique shops, grocery stores, pool, golf course, etc.
There is a Villages shuttle service that you can arrange for transportation to The Villages from the Orlando International Airport.

Our home is located approximately 1 mile from Spanish Springs Town Square and Center; and 3 miles from Lake Sumter Landing Town Center. It comes with the use of our Golf Cart. All utilities included: Cable TV, Internet Wifi, electric, water, yard care, pest control and Florida & County Sales Tax. We include 2 Village ID's in order for you to use the amenities (pools, golf, etc).
There are hundred of activities in The Villages. Too many to mention. Just ask me what you are interested in, and I'll let you know if it's available. Here are just a few: There are over 50 Golf Courses: 12 championship, 40 executive, and 2 Specialty Golf Courses, Lot of Recreational Centers with pools, Nightly live entertainment at 3 Town squares with dancing (including Line Dancing), All kinds of sports, including baseball, archery, pickleball, bocce ball, bowling, Bicycling. Also, Shuffleboards, horseshoes, billiards, all kinds of card games, bingo, arts & crafts, etc. There are special events at the Community Theater, plus art shows, farmer's markets, car shows, market nights. Plus live Horse polo, in season.
There are also hundreds of restaurants in and around The Villages. Many boutiques surrounding each of the 3 Town Squares, along with Restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, etc. Many grocery stores, churches and Department stores nearby.
During Winter months, there is a 3 month minimum (January, February, March).

This place is in a perfect location. Everything you will probably want is within 10 minutes by golf cart! Golf, restaurants, stores, recreation centers, pool, miniature golf, walking trails, archery range… Dale is very responsive to solve any problems and very helpful providing information about the villages. Accommodations are dated, but we would definitely stay again.
