This home's convenient location also allows for easy walk/bike/cart access to Lake Okahumpka Recreational Center, Richmond Pitch and Putt executive golf course, two swimming pools (One Adult and One Family Pool), pickle ball, tennis, platform tennis, sand volleyball/paddle board, bocce ball, shuffleboard, bags and more. The home is less than a 5 min golf cart ride to Brownwood Square!

During your time you can spend your days at over 50 golf courses, 120 pools, pickle ball, tennis, platform tennis, sand paddleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball and more. Our home has everything you need. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy. Furnishings and offerings include:

Garage: 2 car garage and a 1 car golf cart garage

Living Room: new 70" smart TV in the living room, leather sectional couch and recliner

Dining Room: dining room table and chairs

Master Bedroom: king bed, dresser and new 50" smart tv; walk in closet; master bath

Second Bedroom: queen bed, dresser and desk for those wanting an office space

Office Space: Desk included in second bedroom for those with a need to work from home

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with toaster, blender and keurig coffee maker.

Laundry Room: Brand new washer and dryer

Two baths: Master bath with shower and second bath with tub/shower.

Outdoor Lanai: Screened in lanai with wicker loveseat, chairs and coffee table

Amenities: High speed internet/Wifi throughout the home. Two new smart televisions for streaming your own services (YouTube TV included); BBQ grill available at no charge upon request.

Golf Cart:
We can include a 2 or 4 seat golf cart and have it ready for you in the garage when you arrive if you schedule at time of booking. Please add approximately $350-$500 per month or $150-$250 per week. (Exact price for golf cart depends on 2 or 4 seater and dates of rental. Exact price for golf cart will be provided upon rental date inquiry.)

No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking home. Absolutely no smoking in this home or on the lanai.

Guest passes and resident ID's:
-Guest passes are issued free of charge and provide access to select amenities including recreation centers, pools, pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes and adult and family swimming pools. A copy of a valid drivers license will be required to secure each guest pass.

- Temporary resident IDs are $50 for 2 adults and provide access to resident amenities. Avid Golfers will want the resident IDs. These will enable the renter to book golf tee-times. Two resident IDs are permitted per household with a $50 fee. If there are more than 2 people renting a home, then the remainder of guests can apply and receive free guest passes. We will complete the application and the tenant will pay $50 directly to the Villages upon pick up of the ID's at the local recreation center upon arrival. A copy of a valid drivers license will be required to secure each Temporary Resident ID (maximum of 2 allowed).

The Villages is a 55+ community and known as the friendliest city in Florida or Disneyland for adults. It is home to over 42 executive golf courses, 18 championship golf courses, 120 pools, pickle ball, tennis, platform tennis, sand paddleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, more than 3000 clubs and activities and more. It's an amazing place to visit. One you visit here you will want to come back again and again.

The Villages is conveniently located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and Walt Disney World. You can also access beaches on either the East coast or the Gulf Coast within 90 minutes.
