Rental of the Master Suite in a 3-bedroom home. The Master Suite has a king size bed with two night-tables, 2 dressers, TV with Netflix and Roku, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, sink, a huge walk-in closet and a linen closet. The home has a two-car garage, lanai and a private backyard backing to a Natural Preserve.
Shared use of kitchen, living/dining room, lanai, etc. when I am staying here. When I am not at the premises, daily rental price will be higher.
Exposure: East/West. The home's location is excellent: 5-6 minutes by car to both Spanish Spring and Lake Sumter Town Squares in addition to Highway 441/27 and Rt. 466 with all the big stores and restaurants. Lake Weir, where I swim, is 12 miles away.

Free Live entertainment every night between 5-9 PM, bars, restaurants and shops in the Town Squares . 54 gold Courses, 3 Baseball Complexes, 100 Community Pools, 100 Recreation Centers and many different clubs to satisfy every kind of interests. Lake Weir, a large lake for swimming, boating and fishing is not far. There is WiFi, ROKU TV with NETFLIX in each room and in the living room.
Under 'Living Area' the Square Feet I indicated is the whole house, not the Master Suite.

About the owner: I am a widowed single Budapest born retired computer software professional living in NYC. I purchased this home for myself but I am not able to move and live there right now. I am very active both physically and mentally, love nature, music, dancing, culture, books and good conversations. I am interested in history, politics and many more. I like a clean, nice and friendly home.
Why this property? Great Location, - under 8 minutes by car to both Spanish Spring and Lake Sumter Town Squares. Enclosed Lanai in the back facing a natural preserve, - a private, green area. All major stores and restaurants are close on Rt. 466 and Hwy 441/27.

Nice quiet home convienently located between Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing. Owner allowed our elderly cat to stay there. The one bedroom suite has a nice king bed, TV and and its own bathroom and large walkin closet. The kitchen area was well equipped and the house had a nice large TV in the living room. Reason we gave it a 4 star rating is that the rent was too high for just a 1 bedroom unit with no golf cart. Should have been at least $500 less per month. Also the refrigerator was pretty full with the owners food, especially the freezer.
