This stucco courtyard villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, enclosed lanai, and 2 car garage. The 3rd bedroom is a space that can be used for relaxing and also has a trundle bed. It is set in a very private location at the end of a dead end street. The private courtyard and large rear patio with gas grill and screened in lanai are perfect for entertaining. The open floor plan includes a large kitchen with center island, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining area that seats 6 and a very large comfortable living room. The furnishings, which include a leather sofa with built in recliners and 2 additional matching recliners, are centered around an entertainment center with a 55" Smart HD TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, high end microwave, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster oven, coffee maker. The washer and dryer are in a separate interior laundry room.
The spacious Master suite has a King bed, TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in Roman shower and separate toilet area. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and HD TV and direct access to 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Trundle bed and sitting area. Bedding and towels are included.
A Golf cart is included with this villa.
All TV's require your own streaming services . Main TV is a Smart TV, all other TV's will require a fire stick or rouku (not supplied). There is NO CABLE TV.
Area Information
The pool and mailbox, walking and bike trails are a short distance away. Everglades Recreation Center and Magnolia Plaza for shopping are nearby. The Villages offers 40 executive golf courses and 12 Championship courses. Many of these are a short golf cart ride away.

Disappointing with a Capital D
From 1sr day was a mess. Was never cleaned, entire house was filthy. Linen wasn’t changed, stove and kitchen v dirty, dust and dog hair on every piece of furniture.

Beautiful property
We really enjoyed our month at this beautiful property.Lots of windows that let the sunshine in. Beds were heavenly. It was beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen.Beautiful lanai Highly recommended. A pleasure dealing with the owner
