It is set in a very private location at the end of a dead end street. The private courtyard and large rear patio with gas grill and screened in lanai are perfect for entertaining. The open floor plan includes a large kitchen with center island, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining area that seats 6 and a very large comfortable living room. The furnishings, which include a leather sofa with built in recliners and 2 additional matching recliners, are centered around an entertainment center with a 55" HD TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, high end microwave, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster oven, coffee maker. The washer and dryer are in a separate interior laundry room.
The spacious Master suite has a King bed, HD TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in Roman shower and separate toilet area. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and HD TV and direct access to 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a large desk and a sitting area. The home has high speed wireless internet access. Bedding and towels are included.
Area Information
The pool and mailbox, walking and bike trails are a short distance away. Everglades Recreation Center and Magnolia Plaza for shopping are nearby. The Villages offers 40 executive golf courses and 12 Championship courses. Many of these are a short golf cart ride away.
