Nice patio villa in Spanish Springs; De La Vista. Equal distance between Sumter and SS. Rarely do you find a patio villa with a pool. It was great! Great mattress! That’s super important! We would have been more comfortable with recliners or reclining sofa. We’d definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1808 Gulf Blvd. Location to the beach was perfect (steps away). Great restaurants just down the street. Trolly took us everywhere (didn’t need the car rental). Cheryl was great to work with. Strongly recommend.

I stayed here from January 8th 2020-April 8th, Unfortunately had to leave because of the coronavirus 19 the whole town shut down on March 11th. I had to leave because there was no one there to help me, if I ended up getting sick. The owners were very nice, the house was very clean and they took care of the pool fantastically, I would recommend this home for a small family or lone renter. I think that the Village’s did what was best for so many senior citizens, to stay safe.

This home was ideal for our family trip! Spacious and beautiful on inside and perfect pool and sitting area outside. The experience of making arrangements and working with renter was smooth and effortless. I would definitely recommend this home to others and we will use this home again when we return to this area! Golf cart was a bonus way to enjoy the Villages amenities.
