We have stayed in many places on the PCB gulf front over the years, but our unit at Tropic Winds trumps them all. We loved being on the quieter west end, but still only a very short drive to Pier Park and our favorite restaurants. Parking was so convenient and just a few steps from the elevator (plenty of luggage carts) The unit was super clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed….except food and beverage. Two master suites with very comfortable king beds. Slept like a baby. TV’s in both. Nice having the two beach loungers and umbrella as part of the rental, but also several beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. So nice being only steps from the white sand and blue water. Easy to walk up for lunch and restroom. Pool very convenient. Scott was the perfect owner/host. Rental was very easy and we are already looking forward to next year

Jim A.Fantastic Property in a Perfect Location
This was our third time at Tropic Winds and we are already excited about our next visit. It is our second time in 804. The unit is very clean and has all of the amenities. The balcony is so spacious and allows for the observation of gorgeous sunrise and breathtaking sunsets! We definitely recommend this condo and it is in the perfect location at the beach. Very quiet and convenient to the best restaurants.
