BEDROOMS

After a day exploring Panama City Beach, settle into one of the home's three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, giving everyone a comfortable place to unwind.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a bright blue accent wall, a walk-in closet, and a dresser. Its private ensuite bathroom offers added convenience.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bedside table for your nighttime essentials.

The third bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed, making it a flexible option for children, teens, or adults. An air hockey table and board games add extra entertainment for your group.

The living room sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.

BATHROOMS

Both full bathrooms have a shower and tub combination, giving guests the option to refresh after the beach or enjoy a relaxing bath.

The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity with generous counter space. Fresh towels, including pool towels, and a starter supply of basic toiletries are provided. Guests may need to replenish toiletries during longer stays.

KITCHEN & LIVING

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, and toaster, along with cookware, utensils, and cooking basics for preparing meals at home.

Start your morning at the coffee station, featuring a Keurig and drip coffee maker, plus creamer and sugar. Enjoy breakfast or a quick snack at the kitchen counter, which seats three, or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

The living room offers two sofas and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, creating a comfortable spot to relax together. Board games are also available for a little friendly competition.

If you need to catch up on work during your stay, the high-speed WiFi and spacious dining table provide a convenient place to set up.

OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES

Step into the screened-in sunroom just off the living area. With comfortable seating and a coffee table, it’s a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee, snacks, or a quiet moment outdoors.

The backyard offers room for children to play, but it is not fenced.

For beach days, complimentary beach equipment is available, including chairs, an umbrella, and toys. Two cruiser bikes are also provided for exploring the surrounding area.

Guests staying between April and October can enjoy access to the community pool. A children's playground is located nearby.

PARKING & GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the home, screened-in sunroom, backyard, garage, and driveway.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway for up to two vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

PET POLICY

Up to 3 pets are permitted with owner approval.
