The Sandcastle at Calypso is a luxury unit featuring 2 King Suites in the largest 2 bedroom footprint in Calypso. Instead of a separate bunk room, this floor plan puts the extra square footage in the living room and kitchen, thus providing the most spacious floor plan in the Calypso complex. Totally Renovated and professionally decorated in February of 2021, this unit is sure to please and includes two rocker recliners and Polywood patio furniture! The second floor unit adds the palm trees to your relaxed beach view.
This premium unit sleeps a maximum of 6 with two king beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Each bedroom features a king sized bed and each has a dedicated full bath. One bedroom has direct balcony access to gulf front while the other is located on the opposite end of the unit with a view of Pier Park. This second floor unit is located right next to the stairwell in the center of the complex, which puts you two floors above your private owners parking spot, one floor above the beach / pool and one floor below the walkway to the public garage. While there is a cluster of 24 hour elevators just down the hall, this unit has access to an elevator in the center of the building that only services the first 4 floors and is available during business hours.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
You will be able to park one vehicle beach-side, directly below your unit in the Calypso Owner's Garage. Entry to the garage is by private key code. You will then take the elevator to the second floor to our luxury unit. If you have a second vehicle, it will be parked across the street in the Calypso North garage. Entry to garage is by pre-printed pass with barcode. The crossover from the garage to the resort is on the third floor. You will proceed directly to our unit, by-passing all the lines for the elevators and condo offices. You will then enter a private key code to unlock the door and enter. You DO NOT have to go to a lobby to "check in" or to a different location to "get your keys".
Calypso Resort charges a $50 registration fee per party which includes access to all resort amenities and one parking spot in the Calypso North Garage across the street. You do not have to pay any additional fee for use of our private parking space in the Calypso Owners Garage (beach side). If your party has more than two vehicles, a third parking space can be purchased from Calypso for an additional $50. The fee covers the entire duration of your stay.

About the host: "The Sandcastle at Calypso" is owned by Timeout PCB, LLC and was purchased and totally remodeled in February of 2021. Timeout PCB also owns two other trophy condos at Calypso: "The Sunset at Calypso" (8th floor corner) and "The Shoreline at Calypso" (3rd floor corner). Both of these units feature a floor plan of three king bed suites on the western corner of the resort. If the Sandcastle (two king suites) is not large enough for you, check out one of these other two units.

Great winter vacation!
We stayed in Penny's condo January and February 2023. The condo is beautiful, modern and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing, loved the sunsets and bonus having fireworks during Mardi Gras! We loved that it was close to Pier Park and terrific restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Great winter vacation!
We stayed at Penny's condo January and February 2023. This was a spacious and beautiful modern condo with an amazing view from the balcony especially at sunset. The kitchen was also well equipped. We loved that it was within walking distance to Pier Park, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

My new favorite place!
Can't say enough good things about this unit! We've stayed at Calypso many times over the past 10 years and this by far is the BEST. Penny is a great communicator and always there to help. Everything you need is in the unit and location is SUPERB! Go here ASAP!
