Why Kids Love It
It's steps to the beach! I'm a mom of 4 girls and I love that its only a few steps to sand between your toes. Kids love the swing set on the beach and the amazing pools. At sunset, kids can grab a net and a flash light and make memories catching crabs of all shapes and sizes.
Morning walks to hunt seashells are a kid favorite. If you walk the beach early, you can find all sorts of unique shells.

The perfect vacation condo on the perfect beach. I've had the privilege of staying twice. My husband celebrated his birthday the day of our arrival. Mandy surprised him with balloons and bite size cakes. The condo is beautifully decorated inside and balcony has wonderful furniture for 4. Everything you need and more is there for you to enjoy. Mandy is only a phone call away if you need her. We watched dolphins 3 mornings. The 4 of us found it very hard to leave, hopefully will make it an annual trip.

I recently visited the Panama City Beach, Florida area with friends. We were so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful condo. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The meticulous attention to decorative detail was amazing. Mandy and Ben, owners, are very hands on with the families who are staying in their condo. Spotlessly clean, extra large super soft towels, the beds were so comfortable, I hated to leave. Every detail is well thought out, the patio furniture got lots of use. Thank you Mandy and Ben, we will be back.

I can not say enough good things about Mandy's condo! Absolutely beautiful! Not only is the condo beautiful, very clean and neat the location on the beach was perfect for my family! We sat every morning on the balcony and watched the waves come in while drinking coffee. Mandy has the condo stocked with several things for the kids to do along with pre rented chairs at the beach with an umbrella which made it much easier on us. Mandy was very helpful and always available if we had questions. The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and dishes that we were able to cook meals in the room so we didn't have to leave the area during the day! I am ready to go back!

This was our first family trip to Panama City. This was definitely our favorite beach trip. The condo and views were AMAZING! The views were absolutely breathtaking as soon as you walked in the door. We had the same view from the master bedroom as well. The condo was super clean, beds were comfy and the showers were very nice. The pictures online did not do it justice. It was so convenient having our own washer and dryer in the condo as well. Mandy was great to work with and answered any questions I had. Believe me I have lots of questions. My husband is usually not much of a beach person, but he was very impressed and wants to go back next year. I can’t wait to go back and stay in this condo again.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Everything from the very first interaction over the phone with Mandy till after we left was perfect! We had plenty of room and everything we needed at our fingertips. Everything was great from the comfort of the beds, the seasonings in the cupboard, extra plush towels, killer view from the bed through the curtains watching the sun rise across the beautiful water, a stocked Keurig, an awesome shower with huge dual heads, cold ac, a super convenient washer/dryer for all of our wet clothes and towels, every item needed to cook mussels El Diablo and Shrimp Étouffée. There’s an amazing fish market right around the corner with the best red shrimp I’ve ever put in my mouth. There’s charcoal grills by the pool next to the bar and sandwich shop, an awesome pool and beach we could overlook, plenty of beach chairs, had boogie boards in our room, games for the kids. It’s great. Flat out great. Mandy was funny, on point and super quick with everything. Super attentive. Any questions we had throughout our stay, she was on it! Hands down the best person I’ve rented from and that’s a lot I assure you. The property itself has awesome owners and some live music, tips got you Jell-O shots lol. The staff everywhere were friendly and the grounds were super clean and well kept. My friends and I have been coming to The Dunes for the last 13 years, every year for the same week. We had 4 condos on site and Mandy got us our entry code hours before everyone else. I cannot say enough about her, our condo, the grounds, staff and owners. Truly can’t. We will be back again without a doubt and I look forward to working with her again. She made it stress free and easy. Exactly what this busy single dad needed. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough. If you’re looking for a stress free, everything you need at your fingertips get away. Look no further.

My husband and I stayed January through February 2022. A great view of the gulf and sunset.The bedrooms were very comfortable. Mandy was great to work with. We had a problem with one of the burners on the stove and Mandy had the stove replaced within three days.

My family and I had the BEST time on our recent vacation! Mandy was fabulous to work with! Her condo was just like what the pictures show, and she went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The hospitality was incredible!!We also love what an easy access it was with children to the elevator and to the pool and beach! So quick and easy!I have been coming to Panama City Beach every year since I was a little girl, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the condo owner, as well as the best condo we’ve ever stayed at! I truly can’t say enough great things!Oh and one more thing... the master bedroom mattress is the comfiest thing ever!! I usually can’t wait to get back to my own bed, but I was actually sad to no have that mattress to sleep on anymore! Ha ha

My wife and I stayed 7 days. It was everything as advertised and the Condo was perfect and right on the Beach. The owner is the nicest person you would ever want to deal with. We had Sea-Doo rentals on our Beach and Parasailing if you're not afraid of heights. My favorite Restaurant was Billy's Oyster Bar just down the street. A local person also recommended Patch's Bar and Grill for lunch and it was very nice and inexpensive. We will definitely be going back.

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Panama City during the weekend of Memorial Day. We luckily happened to be able to book our stay at the Dunes of Panama. We have stayed at the Dunes on several occasions, however, this was our BEST experience and stay thus far!! The owner took the time to decorate the unit for our son as he had just graduated from High School, that was such a sweet gesture and surprise! The Condo was absolutely beautiful and the bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud! We would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

If you’re looking for a beautiful condo to rent (2 bedroom 2 bath king, queen, and pull out couch) that is super nice, clean as a whistle, with an excellent owner who has the best customer service you can ask for them look no further than Mandy Hays this place was exactly as it was in the listing. It’s high enough up for an amazing view but not so far up you can’t see things. It feels like you’re sitting on the ocean looking out the windows or off the balcony. We leave tomorrow morning send her a message if you need to book I’m sure she’s filling up quickly. She is legit. We hate to even go home tomorrow haha
