Completely remodeled luxury beach condo with balcony. Beach views from balcony and living room. (3 minute walk) New Saatva Luxury mattress in Master. 2nd Bedroom has double over double bunk bed with twin trundle. Couch has a pullout bed that sleeps two more if needed. Kid-friendly! Pack n play with memory foam mattress and diaper genie. Toys, child-proofing, kid utensils etc in unit. WiFi with google mesh network if you must work. Beach supplies, towels, wagon, chairs, toys umbrellas.. below in storage. Paddleboard and bike rental available nearby! Restaurants, bars, and shopping with walking or biking distance. 1100 sq ft total space. We welcome families, and have many sleeping options, but please use your best judgement/common sense about the amount of space your family will be comfortable living in for a week or more. Why Kids Love It
We have all the kid stuff.. books, toys, utensils, beach toys.. The Gulf is generally warmer and calmer water than the Atlantic side, which makes it family-friendly. Skim boarding is popular over on our side. Our particular section of beach is right next to a private beach, which makes it much quieter and less chaotic than a lot of other areas.
Area Information
Indian Rocks Beach is the locals beach! Less touristy, but with many cool local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and the sunsets are incredible. Quit fighting the crowds at some of the larger beaches and stay over in IRB. This property is located right at the border of public and private beach, which makes for an ideal location.

About the owner: We live in Tampa with our two little girls 3 and 7, and our dog Ruby. We love the water and the beach, but we hated dragging things over to rentals. We wanted to create a comfortable spot where everything you could possibly need was already there.. kid stuff included. We basically lived over there one summer to figure out what we would need to make that dream a reality. If you are interested in booking please text me or give me a call. We have great reviews on Airbnb and Vrbo but you can avoid the fees and save a lot of money booking with us directly!
Why this property? It has everything you need in the condo itself. It’s kid-friendly with a lot of kid stuff already there. It had a great beach view and you just walk downstairs to the beach. No crossing streets or finding parking.. It’s convenient, comfortable, as well as updated and pretty (in my opinion) Its a great location! So much do in the area. I would be more than happy to help you with suggestions on non-beach activities as well if you are in need of some. IRB is gorgeous. It has some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. You will not regret staying here!

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed and loved the decor. Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Enjoyed being walking distance from some great restaurants. We had bicycles for the week so made many short trips down to more restaurants and activities in IRB, Belleair, and south Clearwater beach. Would definitely recommend to other friends and family.
