This two-bedroom two-bath beautifully remodeled home is awaiting your arrival. Nicely decorated with light colors and a beachy feel. One bedroom has a queen bed with a smart flat-screen T.V. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath that has a walk-in shower. It also has a smart flat-screen T.V. and a walk-in closet. The living room has a large smart flat-screen T.V. for all your streaming needs. The couch also pulls out to a full-size bed for more sleeping space. This home sleeps up to six guests. Attached to the living room is a dining room table that seats six. The kitchen has a beautiful touch with everything you need. From the coffee pot, toaster, blender, and much more. There is a washer and dryer provided for you to wash your belongings. Outside you can find a flat-screen TV that also has plenty of seating for all to enjoy under a covered lanai. In the back of the home, you will have a gas grill as well as an outdoor table, plus more chairs with a large umbrella. The highlight of this paradise is a large hot tub that is shadowed by its cabana. This home is approximately two minutes from the beach, with direct beach access. We also provide you with a cooler, beach chairs, beach tent, beach toys, beach wagon, and an umbrella so you can take to the beach and catch some rays!

NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. No Pets Allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay. We provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
