Downtown Fort Myers Beach boasts a variety of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shopping. If golfing is your passion, there are many golf courses within a 15-mile radius such as Raptor Bay and Shell Point golf course. If you are into boating, you can rent a boat across the street from our condo at Fish Tale Marina. Santini plaza across the street when reopened will offer shopping and a variety of restaurants and bars. If you are into water sports, take a short walk up the beach to rent jet skis, paddle boards, etc. You can also avoid paying for parking when you head to downtown Fort Myers Beach by taking the trolley for just 75 cents. If you are a tennis aficionado, our condo association has tennis/pickleball courts you can play on. There is just so much to do on your vacation! We know you will love it here.

Fort Myers Beach has beautiful white sandy beaches with zillions of sea shells. This condo is located right smack dap in the perfect location on Fort Myers Beach. It faces the Gulf of Mexico so you can see dolphins swim by every day. Across the street is Santini Plaza which has a few excellent eating and drinking establishments, numerous different themed shopping experiences, a walk-in clinic, and a CVS and hardware store to mention a few. The Fort Myers Beach Trolley also has a trolley stop just outside the CVS. For less than a dollar a person can catch the trolley to Times Square. The condo itself is located on the 11th floor of building B and is decorated very cute with a beautifully comfortable king size bed. We didn't have any issues with the unit while we were there and Annie did check in with us to make sure all was fine. My husband and I are looking forward to spending more time here next year.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club is the perfect place! We arrived the day before Hurricane Eta to find everything we needed to be comfortable. Enjoyed watching the storm move in and out. There is a shopping plaza directly across the street with restaurants, a marina, beach stores, CVS and more. The Fish Tale restaurant was a hidden gem. The trolley was very convenient for us as we did not rent a car for this trip. Couldn't ask for a better view. We saw dolphins from the balcony and the sunsets are beautiful! So relaxing watching all the different birds dive into the ocean for fish. Good beach for shelling, even found a live sand dollar and hermit crab! It is so easy to check in and be at the beach with everything you need in just a few minutes. The furnishings are cute and comfy. This unit really has everything you need. Pool and grounds are very clean. Watched Space X launch from the front entrance! The propane grill by the pool is a great place to barbeque. Annie is a pleasure to work with. Felt like home away from home. Highly recommend! Especially during these times. So sad when we left. We will be back! Great vacation :-)

The first sunset from the 11th floor was stunning. The breeze and the sound of the waves with the combination of the gulf and sky. Took me by surprise. The room is gorgeous! Decorated with detail to please and to be efficient. The kitchen has anything one would want to cook a meal or to make a snack and a cocktail. Plenty of towels and beach accessories. My personal favorite was having my morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. From this view you can see so many sights that you might miss otherwise. Comfort and luxury is what this condo offers. I look forward to future visits. Annie and Dave were gracious and more than accommodating!

We’ve stayed at this condo two years in a row and it’s wonderful. Spacious and clean with beautiful sunset views of the gulf. Complete with amenities and a pool. The owners are wonderful as well. It’s truly heaven on earth!

My wife and I stayed in this property for our 20 year wedding anniversary. The property is right on the gulf, with a beautiful view of the gulf and Sanibel Island off in the distance. I would often just sit out on the balcony with a view, periodically constantly glancing up at the view.The property has multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance, almost right across the street. Many of the restaurants were somewhat restricted because of the virus, but we found plenty open to keep us busy.We love Florida and call it our home away from home. We go to Florida at least once a year. This location, by far, had the best shelling on the beach. We found many sand dollars and other shells that were in great shape. I just wish my five-year-old could have been there. The water was the most gentle I had ever seen as well, with soft sand.The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet at night. We slept great. The manager of the property responded immediately whenever we had any questions.We will totally stay here again.
