Welcome to Mermaid Tales – Unit 6: Bikini Bottoms, a colorful 1-bedroom, 1-bath coastal escape inspired by fun beach vibes and playful mermaid charm. This bright and cheerful space features vibrant décor, ocean-inspired accents, and whimsical touches that bring the spirit of the sea indoors. The cozy living area is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, while the beach-themed bedroom offers a comfortable retreat designed for restful nights.

New queen bed is Memory Foam Mattress, Eco-Friendly, Medium Firm Feel, Zoned Pressure Relief, Certified Safe Foams and Fabric. We've added extra luxury with the foam topper. Our guests keep asking where we got the bed so they can replace their own! The full bathroom is clean and refreshed, newly remodeled with a spa shower, completing this charming seaside getaway. Bikini Bottoms is the perfect blend of comfort, personality, and laid-back island style. ‍

Hot Tub
Hot Tub is heated 7 pm-11 PM only. Please do not change the settings on the hot tub. Thank you.

We use professional pest control, but minor pest activity may occur between cleanings
Iguanas are our best pest control.
They will be hanging around the storage swim spa and backyard! Majestic creatures! Not dangerous- just surprising!
FL Water Note:
Due to natural sediment, tap water in Florida may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead.
Pet-friendly upon request (1 small dog) — please ask before booking
Guest Fee/Pet Fee
When booking, please provide the correct # of adults and children to get an accurate price. We employ the common practice of charging a guest fee per person to offset the utilities of the home. And we also charge a pet fee (per pet) per reservation.

Trash bags may be disposed of in the trash and recycling bins provided on side of parking lot

Rental Rate Structure/Policy
Base rental rate is calculated for 1 person, 0 pets, per night
All guests, including adults and children, and any pets must be accurately submitted at the time of booking to reflect the correct nightly rate
Failure to submit accurate guest counts and pet information will result in rate adjustments
Additional Guest Fees (added to base nightly rate):
Additional adults: $10 per person, per night
Florida Rental Homes and Garland, TX Rental Home: $15 per person, per night
Additional children: $5 per person, per night
Florida Rental Homes and Garland, TX Rental Home: $10 per person, per night
Pet Fees:
Reservations of 1 - 7 nights: $75 per pet, per stay
Reservations of 8 or more nights: $10 per pet, per night

All policies stated above are aligned with Airbnb and VRBO platform policies
Any violation of these policies will follow the respective OTA's (Online Travel Agency) resolution process when addressing policy violations
