Our 10th floor, gulf-front condominium (Building C) – with spectacular water views from every window - is situated on a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The waves are gentle, and the gulf-floor slopes gently to an offshore sand bar which provides seven miles of protected beaches. Because of this, Fort Myers Beach is often called 'The World's Safest Beach'. Our children, and now our grandchildren, have spent countless hours sitting on the sandbar during low tide digging for sand dollars and starfish. Daily, we spot dolphins playing in the waters in front of our balcony.

Our condo is fully renovated! We have a spacious, walk-in shower and a new kitchen. We added 7 feet of new California Closets in the bedroom, including a built-in dresser, and replaced the bathroom closet with a new California Closet. We replaced all the flooring with beautiful Italian porcelain tile and have new window treatments, including a motorized sunshade on the sliding doors. In 2019 and 2020 we replaced all the furniture. The bedroom, which is separated from the living area by a folding partition, has a king-size bed with a luxury mattress (new in 2022). The living room has a sleep sofa (queen-bed size) with an upgraded gel memory foam mattress, 55” ultra-high-definition smart TV, and DVD/CD player. Our kitchen is well equipped and stocked. The spectacular view from our balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island, and because it faces west, it’s the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Don't be fooled by other ads that say they have a Gulf view. Ours is a direct-facing view; no craning your neck around buildings to catch a glimpse of the Gulf - take a look at our photos to see our spectacular view.

There’s an on-site heated swimming pool; four tennis courts, two pickle ball courts; and a shared, coin-op laundry room. There are several marinas in Fort Myers Beach, including one directly across from the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. There is a wide variety of restaurants and shops in Fort Myers Beach, which are easily accessible by public trolley, which runs the length of the seven-mile long island.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated on ten lush acres along the Gulf of Mexico. The estuary in front of our balcony is listed in the top 200 bird-watching spots in the United States and is the only estuary in the US with a flock of Roseate Spoonbills arriving daily at dawn and dusk.

We are conveniently located approximately 25 miles/35-40 minutes from Regional Southwest Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers.

We love being on the quieter South end of Ft. Myers Beach. Our town sits on a 7-mile barrier island between the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. You have the best of both worlds; world class beach with the finest white sand in front of our condo and Estero Bay with many boating and fishing opportunities directly across the street, a short stroll away.

We keep our condo well maintained, updated and clean. All of our furniture is less than 5 years old. Our luxury mattress is only 2 1/2 years old and our appliances are less than 2 years old. To ensure a clean and sanitary environment we have our floors, sofa, bed and shower steam cleaned annually.

Just pack your bathing suit and enjoy our beach-front location and heated pool.

There are charming "themed" miniature golf courses in close proximity to our condo.

Area Information

Fort Myers Beach is on a beautiful 7-mile long barrier island that sits between the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. The island is narrow and often you have views of both the Gulf and the Bay.

Fort Myers Beach has a busy 'downtown' at Times Square on the North end of the island. That's where you find the ionic pier. Sadly it was destroyed in Hurricane Ian, but is being rebuilt with an opening date the end of 2026/early 2027. Times Square is bustling with shops, restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. The South end of Fort Myers Beach is the quieter end. That's where the biggest grocery store on the island is situated and there are a few restaurants in the area. However, Santini Plaza on the south end provides an outdoor market several days of the week, and many shops and restaurants. New businesses are opening monthly, and it is coming back after Hurricane Ian. Our condo is on the quieter south end, across from Santini Plaza.

In addition to enjoying all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer, you are within 30-40 minutes of beautiful Naples, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. There is a ferry from Fort Myers Beach to Key West that runs daily. You will never run out of things to do in Fort Myers Beach!.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

There is a large shopping center directly across the street with many restaurants and shops as well as a CVS next door to it. Behind the shopping center is a marina where you can rent power boats. Kayaks, canoes, jet skis, paddle boards and other water sports are available very close by, less than 1 mile north or 3 miles south.

Inside Scoop

During the winter months it can be challenging to find parking near Times Square. Ride the free LeeTran Trolley that runs up and down the island, with a stop right in front of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club.
