retractable screened in Lanai from both bedrooms and the living room. The lanai also has electric privacy blinds. You will not be disappointed in this condo. It is spacious both inside the condo and has one of the largest lanais in the complex. Master bedroom with King bed & guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have attached updated bathrooms.
The complex has one of the few beach front pool areas. Whether you are in the condo, lanai or relaxing at the pool or hot tub, you will always have a view. Gas Grills on site.
Minutes from the Time Square area which offers dining, live music and shopping within walking distance. Property offers on site management to assure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Bike rentals are available on the beach and the complex offers bike racks for storage. Parking space assigned to the condo so no worry of finding parking or being charged to park. On site coin laundry rooms.

Professional Cleaning service follows CDC and State of Florida guidelines to assure the cleaning and disinfecting meets the standard. Cleaning is included in the rental cost.
Fort Myers Beach is in the heart of several attracting areas. Shell rich Sanibel, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, etc have a lot to offer whether you are beach lovers working on your tan or it is a rainy day that you would simply like to enjoy the area. There is also a daily large boat that goes back and forth to Key West. Fishing charters on the beach go out into the Gulf and also charter boats for the back bay fisherman. Pleasure boat rentals, jet skis, parasailing are all within the 7 mile Island of Fort Myers Beach. State of the Art Library, Grocery, Medical office all within a short distance.
Guest often say that our condominium and Estero Beach Club exceeded their expectations. If you would like to reserve the same time for the following year or make another reservation, you may do so before you check out. The Club/Owners does their best to accomodate returning guests which helps maintain the intimate feel of a friendly resort. 7 night minimum stay. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Boat, Bike, Kayak/Canoe Rentals throughout the Island. Several other places to also rent Kayaks off the Island include the Lighthouse.
So many restaurants close to the condo. Lots of beach front dining.
Fish Seafood market within 2 miles.
Doc Ford's is a great place for dining. Heavenly biscuit for breakfast is just a few blocks away.
Daily happy hours throughout the Island. Most have live music.

Association registration fee (up to 13 days $100.00
14 days and longer $150.00) is paid directly to the complex within your office confirmation.
After a booking is requested and confirmed, the office will send out a confirmation of rental and charges along with the registration form and the condo rules. The confirmation will request a deposit and registration fee to be returned to the condo office along with the signed registration form. Once the required funds and documents are received in the office an additional confirmation will be sent to you with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. You will be responsible in making sure that the balance due arrives 60 days prior to arrival. No other confirmation/reminder will be sent to you. Once you pay the balance due you will receive a paid in full receipt. The week of check in you will receive instructions and access code to the key box to retrieve your key. The office is located in the building closet to the beach. Open hours are posted on the door along with emergency numbers. You can check in any time after 2 pm and check out is 10am. The code you receive will give you 24 hour access to your keys the day of check in. The keys will be returned to a check out box on the opposite side of the office door.

About the owner: My wife and I own two condos at Estero Beach Club.
Why this property? Our Family loves South West Florida and the Fort Myer Beach Area is one of our favorite areas. The Beach Front view is breath taking! You will love the condo and the area with all the great eating establishments and shopping. The Island has a lot to offer.

We just came home from a 10 day stay and miss it already. There were 5 women in our group and we stayed in unit 23. We were all very comfortable and especially enjoyed the view from the lanai. We started our days by sitting out there watching the sun come up and usually ended our days there too. It's a quieter area of the beach and we liked that. The grounds and pool are kept very well and the hot tub is hot! I don't know about the other units, but our unit seemed to have a never ending supply of hot water. That is really appreciated when you are the fifth one to bathe! The trolley stop is right in front and that came in handy when we wanted to go down the beach to the more populated area. We had a car at our disposal but the parking prices at the popular areas are horrendous! The 75 cents for the trolley was a bargain! All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and hope to do it again someday.
