The lanai also has electric privacy blinds. You will not be disappointed in this condo. It is spacious inside the condo and has one of the largest lanais in the complex. Master bedroom with King bed & guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both large bedrooms have attached updated bathrooms.
The complex has one of the few beach front pool areas. Whether you are in the condo, lanai or relaxing at the pool or hot tub, you will always have a view.

Fort Myers Beach is in the heart of several attracting areas. Shell rich Sanibel, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, have a lot to offer whether you are beach lovers working on your tan or it is a rainy day that you would simply like to enjoy the area. There is also a daily large boat that goes back and forth to Key West. Fishing charters on the beach go out into the Gulf and also charter boats for the back bay fisherman. Pleasure boat rentals, jet skis, parasailing are all within the 7 mile Island of Fort Myers Beach. State of the Art Library, Grocery, Medical office all within a short distance.
Guest often say that our condo and Estero Beach Club exceeded their expectations. If you would like to reserve the same time for the following year or make another reservation, you may do so before you check out. The Club/Owners do their best to accomodate returning guests which helps maintain the intimate feel of a friendly resort that you look forward to coming back to year after year.

Publix and Aldi grocery stores deliver directly to this condo! Set up your account, place your order, and schedule delivery before you arrive. Someone else will do your shopping and deliver right to your front door at your specified time. Target, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Office Max, and others are also available with this service. This is a terrific option when all you really want to do is hit the beach!

After a booking is requested and confirmed, the office will send out a confirmation of rental and charges along with the registration form and the condo rules. The confirmation will request a deposit and registration fee to be returned to the condo office along with the signed registration form.
Once the required funds and documents are received in the office an additional confirmation will be sent to you with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. You will be responsible in making sure that the balance due arrives 60 days prior to arrival. No other confirmation/reminder will be sent to you.
The Condo Association registration fee (up to 13 days $100.00 14 days and longer $150.00 is paid directly to the complex) is non- refundable if you cancel.
The week of check in you will receive instructions and access code to the key box for entry to the condo.
The office is located in the building closet to the beach. Open hours are posted on the door along with emergency numbers. You can check in any time after 2 pm and check out is 10am.
The code you receive will give you 24 hour access to your condo.

The condo was all we could want for a great FMB vacation. It has a nice layout. Our group had 2 couples and the space was great. The kitchen had all we needed. The living room furniture was comfortable. We spent most of the time while in the condo, on the lanai so that we could enjoy the beautiful weather and view. During our time there the pool was not yet open, but that did not take away from our vacation, we spent the time on the beach. The beach is quiet and not full of people. It was an easy walk to downtown for restaurants. We did take advantage of the free trolley at the end of the day. The property manager, Marti, was truly a joy to work with. From my very first communication to book, through our stay, she answered all questions and made sure our stay was top notch. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning.

We just came home from a 10 day stay and miss it already. There were 5 women in our group and we stayed in unit 23. We were all very comfortable and especially enjoyed the view from the lanai. We started our days by sitting out there watching the sun come up and usually ended our days there too. It's a quieter area of the beach and we liked that. The grounds and pool are kept very well and the hot tub is hot! I don't know about the other units, but our unit seemed to have a never ending supply of hot water. That is really appreciated when you are the fifth one to bathe! The trolley stop is right in front and that came in handy when we wanted to go down the beach to the more populated area. We had a car at our disposal but the parking prices at the popular areas are horrendous! The 75 cents for the trolley was a bargain! All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and hope to do it again someday.
