Carmen E.Beautiful property in a great location, with a couple of things to improve
We had a wonderful family weekend at this beautiful property. The location is excellent, with the beach less than a 5-minute walk away, and the home itself is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool was also a great place to relax and spend time with the family. Rhonda was very kind and communicative, and we appreciated how available she was to help if we needed anything. One important thing to note regarding the sleeping arrangements: according to the listing, there is a sofa bed, and this was one of the reasons we chose this property, as we were specifically looking for accommodations for six adults. However, the living room sofa is a regular sofa and does not convert into a bed, which made the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable for two members of our group. We also found that the beach chairs and umbrella available were not in the best condition, and the beach towels provided were more like lightweight blankets, so we ended up using some of our own. A wagon and newer beach equipment would be a great addition, especially since the beach is so conveniently located nearby. Overall, we had a lovely stay and, most importantly, made wonderful family memories. With a few updates to the sleeping and beach amenities, this property could be an even better experience for a family of six!

Very nice comfortable condo. Large living area with kitchen and dining room. King size beds are very comfortable. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Located on a nice quiet street away from busy Time Square.

A Beach Retreat was a good condo. It was comfortable for seven people. We could enjoy the beach or just relax on the deck at the condo. Would highly recommend this for people that doesn't want to be in the crowded areas.
