: I LOVE Florida and decided to make Fort Myers Beach my home in 2003.
Being in Real Estate I wanted to own and manage my personal portfolio of Vacation Rentals. This property was my fourth property I purchased in 2011 and lots of love and passion was poured into decorating each unit to give it my personal touch. The majority of our guests return year after year and it was seamless to fill this property and our returning guests have fallen in love with yet another #1 Island Hideaway....Home Away From Home!

Very nice comfortable condo. Large living area with kitchen and dining room. King size beds are very comfortable. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Located on a nice quiet street away from busy Time Square.

A Beach Retreat was a good condo. It was comfortable for seven people. We could enjoy the beach or just relax on the deck at the condo. Would highly recommend this for people that doesn't want to be in the crowded areas.
