My family and I stayed at Derald's condo for a week this year. The condo was very nice, clean and well stocked. The photos do not do it justice. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed eating breakfast every morning on the lanai while watching the birds on the beach. We felt like we had the best of all worlds, quiet beach, a nature preserve and fun all wrapped together. We booked direct and the process was seamless. We will book again from Derald.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in Unit 322 Carlos Pointe for 9-days in May 2026. We booked through Derald Bogs. The booking process was straight forward and processional Mr Bogs was great to deal with. The unit condition was beyond our expectations. Well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and very functional.All appliances were like new. The place was clean upon our arrival. Carlos Pointe has a modern pool deck with ample loungers. Folks staying at the building were friendly and most were like minded travellers. We enjoy grilling and used the modern, clean grills at Carlos Pointe frequently. We look forward to talking with Mr Bogs and staying at Carlos Ponte again next year!
