New Kitchen Cabinets, new Quartz counter top, new sofa sleeper, newly renovated flooring throughout. Pet Friendly. Photos are current after remodel was completed.

Why settle for a parking lot view, when you can rent a direct facing Beach front unit with spectacular morning and Sunset views of the Gulf. Only feet from the Beach. Pool is a Heated pool with bathroom amenities. Loads of space for Sunning.

Unit is equipped with Free Private WiFi; Basic Cable TV; two Beach Chairs; Two Beach Towels; full Linens; bath towels; and limited start up supplies.

The complex is located across from Santini Plaza, which has restaurants; bars; ice cream shop; and some shopping.

While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed from the calendar for the dates agreed upon.

In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable damage/security deposit. The only typical fee is the third party cleaning company fee, which is deducted from the security deposit prior to its return.

All Taxes are included in the weekly rates.

Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security damage deposit is required, from which the $80 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its balance being returned (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). **If the stay is for more than three weeks, the post stay cleaning fee is increased to $110 per stay. All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. We no longer accept verbal bookings. Only a valid submitted rental agreement will hold each set of dates per unit. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing.

We prefer personal or bank checks to be used for payments as we no longer accept credit cards due to high fees. We can accept PayPal payments, however if the guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% fee if International or a 3% fee if domestic to the recipient. Guests will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly if using PayPal. All rates are subject to change!

Do you supply Beach Umbrellas

A:

Unfortunately we no longer supply Beach Umbrellas due to the high maintenance involved with the Salt water, the sand and winds that can occur. Also transport issues to and from the Beach. That being said, some guests leave them in the units, but we do not guarantee that each unit has one.

Q:

Is there a laundry in the unit

A:

The builders of this building did not put in provisions for laundry in the individual units. There are common area laundries under each building. These are coin operated facilities.

Closest Bar/Restaurant

A:

Right across the street is Santini plaza with some very good restaurants. Good breakfast places. They have a liquor store as well.

Christmas visit

Unit was as pictured. Nicely done and not a lot of extra furniture to stumble over as in some of the others that we've stayed at in Estero Beach &TC complex. Comfy king bed, decent linens. All the units at EB & TC are small, more set for 2 people. If you have 4, someone is sleeping on a sofa bed and you'd be on top of each other. Personally, I'd prefer two recliners in the unit vs a sofa bed to sit on, but I realize they need to sell it as a "fits 4" vs. 2. Clean dishes and lots of cookware and all in decent shape which is a plus! The outside barstool height chairs are great. You can actually sit out there and SEE over the railing. This was our first time in Bldg C and the only drawback of this unit, is the neighboring condo is RIGHT there. They see your every move! I nice view of both the water and of the parking lot. The worst part of our stay was the SMOKERS! Units 904 and 1104 smoked on their deck constantly so it ruined our outdoor time. This unit, 1003, is on the corner, so the smoke just sucked back around and stunk! It's suppose to be a non --smoking complex, but there's no way to control it. Security is only there in late afternoon - to evening! This is no reflection on the unit owners, just to note of the complex.

Bird Paradise

The owner was easy to communicate with from start to finish of the process. The condo was clean, fresh, stocked with all necessary supplies. There were directions for use of all items that needed instructions The views both north and south on the beach were beautiful looking out from the veranda over the mangroves. There was a "honey-hole" of bird activity not far from the unit. Close to dining, drug store, and 7-Eleven. The price was right for enjoying a 2-week stay.

Great Condo

Lived up to all expectations. Immaculate, fully equipped with everything one might need, beautiful view and location. Only have one regret , we waited too long to try Heavenly Biscuit ! Would have gone every other day if we only knew how wonderfully delicious !
