Fantastic place to stay. Kailyn from Coastal Joy vacation rentals was our host. We stayed at unit 102b. It was absolutely beautiful, whimsical, beachy, everything you can imagine was there for us. Loved every moment of it! The beach view the pool temperature all of the guests were amazing.

This is our second time staying at one of Caihlin’s properties, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She’s an exceptional host — responsive, welcoming, she gives you lots of tips & ideas to enjoy while you are there, and she is full of that true Southern hospitality charm. The condo was exactly as described: spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located to enjoy both sunrise over the back bay and sunset over the Gulf. It had everything we needed (and more!) for a relaxing beach getaway. We’ll definitely be returning and are already planning to try one of her Sanibel properties next — we know we won’t be disappointed.
