This place is great!

We the first guest to stay here after the renovations after the hurricane Ian. Jay and Allison thought of everything. It is a beautiful place with a spectacular view. We had a couple of little issues but our hosts were right there taking care of everything. You can’t go wrong staying here. Don’t forget to ride the bikes up to Parrot Key…too much fun.

Ft Myers done right

The best of the best. We loved it for every reason you can list. Away from the traffic with 4 bikes and the best restaurants.

40th Anniversary in a peaceful piece of paradise!

We went to Ft. Myers to visit my elderly parents who live in an assisted living facility close by. We were also looking for a nice place with a nice view to celebrate our 40th anniversary since we were not able to book a cruise. We usually can find a timeshare to trade, but it was impossible to find anything. We had never used the website, FL . so I was a little skeptical at first. I was afraid the pictures would not show the full condition of the place. But, from the first moments that we walked in the front door, we knew that it was going to be a wonderful week! The more that we looked around the home, we were blown away by the cleanliness and the nice, comfortable furnishings and the wonderful amenities! When we saw the back deck and the view, we were thrilled! There is a big, nice table and chairs for eating on the deck, and nice lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing views! We couldn't believe that we were so very close to the hustle and bustle of a busy, loud, Ft. Myers Beach because it was so very peaceful and quiet and relaxing sitting out on the deck. I hardly sat in the house watching t.v. at all because I loved watching the birds and the fish jumping in the bay! There are bikes and beach chairs and towels and a kayak and fishing poles for use! We loved taking bike rides in the mornings and evenings. The bed in the master is very comfortable. We did not use the guest room. The kitchen is so fully furnished that you can cook anything you desire! The owners, Jay and Allison, are so very attentive to your every need, and kept very good communication throughout the rental process. They truly provided everything that you could ask for, and so many nice gestures to make you feel so welcome! I wish we could have stayed longer and was so sad to leave. It truly was a little piece of paradise! Thank you so much Jay and Allison for sharing your beautiful home and piece of paradise with us!

Florida in April

The home was very comfortable and well stocked for our needs. The view of the bear was gorgeous and we had a great time in the area.

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Having coffee every morning on the deck was my daily delight. The restaurants are close and the fresh shrimp markets were across the street. The owners have thought of everything you'll need for a great stay. Will definitely be back. Howard & Lisa

Excellent Stay

Jay was the perfect host. The house is great. it was very clean, had lots of towels and bedding, and everything worked. It was stocked with enough of the essentials that we did not have to go out for anything extra. The weather was nice and the location was great. Will come back again.

Superb, most relaxing stay!

The most relaxing vacation ever: morning at the beach (5 minutes car ride away), afternoon sleeping and reading under the porch, evening enjoying movies. We have not had a single meal inside, breakfast, lunch and dinner all under the porch listening to the sounds of nature. BBQ was great plus. Enjoyed canoeing in the bay and bike riding the beach. House was clean and fully equipped, whatever you can think of, it’s there!

Family Christmas

Jay and Allison were wonderful hosts!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was well kept, clean and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing on the back decks, fishing and sun bathing. We plan to return!!

Repeat Renters!!

We have stayed in this beach house a couple times now! We have been so happy with the house itself, it's cleanliness and it's amenities. We have never stayed in such a well maintained and clean house! We have spent hours on the deck/dock watching dolphins and manatee in the bay. We watch the sun come up and go down. It is so peaceful! The owners are local and are quick to answer any questions. Area restaurants are great!

Fantastic waterfront vacation home.

Jay and Allison's vacation home is immaculately clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. All the amenities and surprising extras are offered. The furniture is comfortable and the linens luxurious. The two-tiered covered porch and dock, right on the water, beckons to sun, fish, canoe or just relax enjoying an incredible view of Hurricane Bay. The bikes are great and the neighbourhood safe and friendly. We've returned for 7 straight years and love it.

Wonderful home, view, and hosts

The home is perfect size, layout and view. The location is convenient to many directions. The hosts are quick to respond. The one drawback is the traffic south towards the bridge added 10-15 minutes to any car errand or trip back to the house unless it was significantly later in the day.
