Fort Myers Beach Property registration #20-0047
Rental and Booking Details
Reservations at Estero Beach Club (EBC) are handled through the on-site rental office or owner. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests must be listed on the EBC Registration Agreement.
Deposits & Payments
•30% of the rental rate is due upon acceptance of the reservation
Registration Fee
• $100 for 7–13 nights
• $150 for 14+ nights
Full payment is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non‑refundable unless the condo is re‑rented. Registration fee is non-refundable. No damage deposit is required. A $500 cleaning fee applies if guests smoke, vape, or bring a pet into the unit.
Weather & Storm Policy
Tropical storm/hurricane season runs June 1–Nov 30. If you choose to cancel due to a named storm, we will work with you to reschedule. Refunds are issued if:
1. State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation for the area, including this rental.
2. A mandatory evacuation is issued for the guest’s home residence.
If an evacuation order is issued, we will refund any unused rent for current guests, any unused rent for guests choosing to delay arrival, and any advance rent for stays scheduled to begin during the warning period.
Reservation Process & Payments
Once your requested dates are approved, you will receive email instructions for paying the registration fee and deposit, as well as signing the Rental Agreement. Dates are officially confirmed once both the signed agreement and the registration fee and deposit have been received.
Arrival instructions are emailed one week before check-in.
Note to Parents: Swimming diapers and non‑toilet‑trained children are not permitted in the pool.
Liability Disclaimer: Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the stay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect these hours and refrain from loud noise in public areas or on the lanai so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay
The Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Registration Agreement.
New lounge chairs, patio dining sets, and poolside grills are coming soon! The pool recently re-opened after renovations and the tables and chairs should arrive soon!
Please see the cancellation policy within the rates section. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non‑refundable unless the condo is re‑rented. The registration fee is not refundable.
The non-refundable registration fee is paid directly to the on-site office. This goes toward supporting facility operations and guest services for the duration of your stay.
The registration fee can be paid by check or credit card (a credit card surcharge applies). The preferred payment method for the rental charge is Venmo, though personal checks are also accepted. Credit‑card payments for the rental charges will incur an additional fee—please inquire for details.
The unit is stocked and equipped for four guests. While an extra person could technically stay, the sleeping arrangements are not intended for more than four. Please inquire if there are more than four in your party.
