Cornerstone is the perfect spot on the beach with only eight, one bedroom and four, two bedroom condos. Each condo is privately owned, most are decorated and furnished similar. I make the reservations for them all. At Cornerstone it never seems crowded. Rates and availability shown are for two bedroom condos. Please see listing #689 for one bedroom rates and availability. We book 11 months out, allowing current guest the opportunity to rebook. We do not offer weekly or monthly discounts. We have a daily rate based on seasonal demand, add tax (11.5%) and a one time cleaning fee. We do not allow any pets.
All of our luxurious, romantic Ft. Myers Beach condos have direct views of the beach and gulf. There is a large heated pool servicing 12 individually owned condos. This suite contains a full kitchen, TVs, DVD player, radio, password protected internet, king size bed, queen size sofa sleeper, in room safe and a washer/dryer. The bathrooms have a beautiful tile walk in shower. There is a welcome packet with soaps, shampoo and conditioner, paper products and enough coffee for your first pot in the morning and Tide for your first load of laundry.
Views from every screened lanai include breathtaking sunsets, dolphins swimming by, shore birds, boats and parasailers. Once out of the private fenced in pool area you will be only steps to the water's edge and we provide the beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler and an umbrella too! We allow short term rentals for those spur of the moment vacations. Take advantage of those great airfares that are offered in the middle of the week because our rentals are not restricted to Saturday to Saturday check ins or check outs. We have a three day minimum however, once you arrive you are not going to want to leave!

We do not negotiate rates or offer any discount. They only change for seasonal demand. We have a management company will be available to you while we continue to rebuild the offices. I have been using them since we bought our condo in 2004. They are there just in case there are any issues that need to be taken care of while you are on vacation. It is peace of mind for me and for you too.
If you want to see some of FL’s best wildlife this is a good place to start. From the condo you can watch pelicans cruising by or dolphins swimming right out in front. Other visitors to our beach included ibis, egrets, gulls, & willets. For a more daring treat a few vendors offer parasailing and wave runner rentals.
There is a full wall of sliding glass doors that open up to the screen lanai. You will have direct full views of the beach and gulf.
Once you walk out of the heated pool gate you are on the beach and we have beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler and beach towels in your condo for you to use.
I am very familiar with the area and happy to answer any questions. Vacation time is to precious to be disappointed in your accommodations or the location. I know once you get to Cornerstone you will not want to leave.
Cornerstone is located in the quiet mid-island area about 3 miles south of Times Square and 1/2 mile south of Publix grocery store.

We have one, two bedroom condo with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full/double bed in the guest room and comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This unit also offers an additional bathroom.

Notes:
During turtle season the blinds must be closed at 9pm, No light can shine on the beach and Turtle Time will fine you a minimum of $100-$500 for each violation. They have volunteers out on the beach at night taking photos and they send us the photos, dates and the fine. It is the same way on all the beaches in Florida May 1st to Nov. 1st.
3 day minimum except for holidays one week.

Balance due: two weeks prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file at that time.

We do not negotiate rates. We set the rates each year based on the seasonal demand. The rates listed are for a two bedroom, beachfront condo. Rates for a one bedroom are typically $20-$40 less per night. Rates are subject to change once we reopen.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
$100 Cancellation fee 60 days advance notice you will receive your deposit minus the $100. If you change dates there is no fee.

What's included in the condo?
All of our condos are beachfront. You will find, all bed and bath linens provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler, kitchen is stocked with supplies you would need for typical everyday cooking. Dishes, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer in unit.
Can I book more than 11 months out?
Not usually. We always give our currents guests first opportunity to rebook the same dates for the following year. Once they check out the condo is opened up to the general public to rent.

If you want to be on the beach in Ft. Myers, in a quiet area, with many amenities, then this is the place to rent. A quiet condominium building, right on the beach, a pool, free parking, no resort fee, and a Great View! The condo had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants around and a grocery store just up the street. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Had a 2 bedroom condo rented from January 8th - 21st, and had to cancel because my husband had some medical issues that needed some attention, called and Spoke to James at Cornerstone Condos, he was very friendly and easy to speak to about canceling our trip, he let us cancel and gave us back most of our deposit, so thank you James , we very much appreciated it, would definitely rent from cornerstone again!

We stayed at the Cornerstone Beach resort for 5 nights. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The condo was PERFECT and the view was amazing! It had all the cooking implements we could ask for. If you are planning on using an Uber, have alternate plan (not a reflection on the condo, just the availability of transportation). That being said. It is only a 3 mile walk to the more lively area for some nightlife, but just enjoying the quiet of our area was desirable as well. I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt!!!

We stayed for a long weekend to get away! What a great trip. Hotel was clean and sanitized! Pool was warm. Outdoor bar was amazing! A Band/Singer every night! Some other reviewers complained about the noise. But we had the end room over looking the bar and it wasn't bad at all. The music stop by 10pm. Beach was soft silky white sand. Sunsets were to die for! Overall great location, great accommodations! We will be back!!

Really enjoyed using this condo as a base for some house hunting in Southwest Florida. The condo was clean and inviting with everything you could need for a weeks stay. We really enjoyed coming back in the evening and sitting on the screened in balcony to relax and enjoy the waves. Wonderful staff at check in and the on site ground keeper was friendly and informative. Thanks for a great week.

After being quarantined for so long we really needed this mini vacation. We had a wonderful time and the beach was absolutely beautiful. There were no crowds, the room was very clean and the maintenance crew was there often keeping the areas sanitized. If you would like a safe place to stay during these crazy times, this is definitely the place to be. The quiet and calm atmosphere of Cornerstone and the south end of estero island is really a wonderful time.

We are working hard to follow all the CDC recommendations to keep the condos and complex sanitized. Because there are only 12 condos at Cornerstone the pool never seems crowded and social distancing is easier the then it would be at a large hotel or a condo building with 50 other apartments. My family and I have been vacationing in the Fort Myers Beach are for many years. Doing so we have been fortunate enough to stay at several places. Although it’s true that the accommodations are typically very nice I have to say that this is the first time I have been compelled to leave a review.We stayed at Cornerstone Beach Resort. I rented one condo and my mother another. Our stay was facilitated by Lori. I would liken her to a vacation guardian angel of sorts. She kept just enough contact with me to make sure that everything was nice and smooth.Cornerstone Beach Resort is directly in the middle of the island on Estero Boulevard and central to most things. The rooms at Cornerstone were clean and charming and spacious. They maintained the feeling of being “home” but with perfect weather. Plenty of sleeping space and a beautiful patio facing directly out at the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We slept safe and sound. When we didn’t feel like enjoying the beach we stayed cool in the swimming pool area which was also clean and cool. About as close to a perfect stay as I could ask for.Trust me I could go on. This was easily one of our favorite stays and will absolutely stay there again. Thank you Lori for helping to make everything wonderful!

We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. Cornerstone really is a great spot on Ft. Myers Beach and I am glad you finally found it! The building sits off of Estero Blvd, closer to the beach and away from traffic. Our heated pool faces the beach and it is easy to get to the gulf out of the pool gate. We enjoyed our stay at Cornerstone. Lori was ever so welcoming. Her wonderful communication and attention to detail made it a pleasure to work with her. The condo was comfortable, clean and well appointed. View of sunsets from the porch are a daily treat. Weather wasn't warm enough to swim in the pool. But the beach was delightful for long walks shelling and wildlife sightings. We hope to stay again. We highly recommend Cornerstone.

We do keep the pool heater set at 87 degrees but once in a while (usually when it is very cold up north) it is too cool to swim. I hope during your next visit you will be able to take a dip. Lori
