As Fort Myers Beach is beginning the healing process, we are looking forward to Estero Beach Club being able to reopen by August 2024. EBC did take a very hard hit, wiping out all of our first floor condos. But reconstruction is under way to make it even better than we were before!
Bob's Beachhouse is a main floor condo, only steps to the pool and the beach! The pictures that are shown here currently are pre-Ian, but all of that was lost, so the good news is, everything will be shiny and new! We are a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, with the master having a walk in closed and private bathroom.
Bob's Beachhouse comes completely appointed with all of the essential kitchen items, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and all of the other utensils needed to prepare a meal. It comes complete with bath towels, beach towels and all of the sheets and pillows. Our goal if for you to bring your personal items and move right in for a carefree stay on the beach!
Unique Benefits
By being a main floor unit, your moving in and out of the condo is so much simpler. You can literally park right at the front door of the unit and do all of your loading and unloading of your of your car. You then have a reserved covered parking spot to park your car.
Why Kids Love It
What kid (or adult for that matter) doesn't love staying right on the beach. And with our main floor condo, no wrestling with all of the beach toys in the stairs or elevators. Just right out the lanai to the pool and beach! Parents please note, that children are not allowed to be in swim diapers in the pool.

Area Information
The Estero Beach Club has the best location on Fort Myers Beach. It is one mile South of the pier and Times Square area (that is what you see coming over the bridge onto the island - turn LEFT off the bridge). There are many restaurants and shops at Times Square as well as nearby beach activities. It's a nice walk to the area, especially when sundown approaches.
The beach is quite safe because there is no undertow and the sugar white sand is perfect for long walks. The Bay Oaks Park is diagonally across the street and has an adult lap pool with a tall spiral slide and a great mini "water park kiddie pool. The park also has baseball diamonds, tennis courts and a gym. There are also picnic tables. Publix Supermarket is about 1 mile South (turn right out of the parking lot). The Beach Library is two blocks South and loans DVDs and CDs as well as books
Thomas Edison had a laboratory and Winter home in Fort Myers. Henry Ford's Winter home was next door to Edison's place. There is also a museum there and these places are easy to find - it's a "straight shot" in to Fort Myers (about 15 miles). The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins have Spring training in Fort Myers.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Public library, Fort Myers Beach Rec Area, Bay Oaks Recreational Area including playgrounds, ball diamonds, tennis courts, pool and water park.
The trolley stops right out front, so nothing on the island is really very far away.

50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remainder due 60 days before arrival.
Prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday, but exceptions can be made.
Any violation of Estero Beach Club no smoking or no pets rule will result in a $750 deep cleaning fee.
There are no swim diapers (either children or adults) allowed in the pool or spa.
The registration fee charged by Estero Beach Club is non-refundable.

About the owner: Our family has been coming to Fort Myers Beach for over 25 years because of the old Florida feel you get as you come over the bridge and have the beach and all of the shops right there in front of you. The beach won us over immediately, and the weather in the winter doesn't hurt either! It has been a goal for the last 25 years to buy something on the island, and in 2019 we were finally able to accomplish that. And we were able to take possession of a condo in our favorite Estero Beach Club. We are able to continue the tradition of family on the beach as our son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons share Fort Myers Beach with us every Christmas!
We have now survived the unthinkable. Hurricane Ian. We are currently under construction, and do not expect to be in before early 2024. But we have some great changes planned, and more new furniture!!
Why this property? This is the best possible location on Fort Myers Beach. Only one mile to the pier, so close enough to walk to Times Square and all of the wonderful restaurants. Or you can take the trolley that stops right out front on Estero Blvd. Also, our pool is right on the beach, so you can lounge by the pool and still enjoy the beautiful beach and surf!

We had an amazing time! The condo was on the first floor. This was great for my elderly mom. Walked out the patio to the pool and the beach is right there. Easy loading and unloading by the front door. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Debra made sure we had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. We fished at the pier a mile away. Found many nice shells on the beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

We have stayed in, "Bob's Beach House," for the last 2 years and we absolutely love everything about it. Not only is the location perfect, but the condo itself is very beautiful and very updated. The condo is located on the first floor, which made going to the pool, beach and laundry room very convenient. The condo itself has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation, including beach chairs, an umbrella and even some sand toys for the kids. Deb has always been great at communicating with us and you can tell she takes great pride in their condo. Thanks again for letting us create lasting memories while staying at your place.

We have stayed at Bob's Beach several times. It is actually our favorite place anywhere! The condo is so spacious and comfortable with easy access on the first floor. It also has covered parking which we noticed not many places have. The condo location is perfect, within walking distance to Times Square, Royal Scoop, Heavenly Biscuit and Junkanoo's, just to name a few of our favorites. We made our rounds to all of them. My husband fished right from the beach and landed a few snook. We spend our days going from the pool to the beach and back all day. The pool is the absolute best, its quite large and right smack on the beach. Our section of the beach is never busy and the sun sets are unbelievable. Location is everything and Bob's Beach House has it all.
