From the moment we booked, the communication was fantastic. They provided a detailed guide that made self-check-in and out a breeze. The home was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos—we especially loved the patio and pool on the canal! Listening to and watching the fish jump daily! The cozy patio with a sunrise view for our morning coffee was very peaceful and very quiet! The location was perfect, just a short walk for the tram ride at the library to go downtown to restaurants which we’ve visited in the past! The new Whale restaurant was excellent and a must!! We can't wait to come back! Thank you Ralph and Maria.
