The Gray Whale is a sleek, coastal designed 8 BR, 8.5 BA beach house that sleeps 32 guests comfortably and is perfectly. Situated on historic Scenic Gulf Drive, this home offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Gray Whale boasts one of Northwest Florida's' largest resort style swimming pools complete with massive waterfall spa, tanning shelf and various water features. At night, the beautiful LED lights illuminate the resort pool making for a truly memorable view.
The large, private, enclosed pool area comes complete with a covered outdoor porch featuring a bar, outdoor kitchen and pool view large screen television. Weather is never an issue! A five hole putting green (complete with putters and golf balls) is provided to sharpen your putting skills. A second artificial turfed area is provided for additional gaming activities. The fire pit with built in seating is the perfect location for relaxing on a cool evening. There is even a large poolside pavilion perfect for hosting any special event.
Notable features for the home include multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, all with beautiful gulf or pool views. A massive driveway that can easily park 8-10 vehicles!
The first floor layout boasts a spacious game room complete with wet bar, regulation size Brunswick pool table, arcade game cocktail table and large screen television and seating. There are two large king suites with private bathrooms and a Margaritaville themed bunk room with full bath.
The second floor features three King suites all with private bathrooms including the master suite of the house. The master suite has a private door to a pool view balcony. There is a second bunkroom complete with full bathroom. There is also a large spacious gulf view balcony accessible by the entire floor. Laundry room is at the end of the second floor hallway.
The third floor is the focal point of the indoor living space with a sleek, open concept, coastal living room featuring pecky, pine ceilings, generous windows with expansive gulf views, multiple seating areas and open to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow. The dining area offers seating for 16 while 4 more can sit at the breakfast bar. An additional 6 diners can sit at the third floor balcony dining table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The ample sized gourmet kitchen features a professional 7-Burner Double Convection Oven, separate beverage center, ice maker, ample storage and is anchored by a massive center island. A pool view balcony can be accessed off the kitchen area. There is an additional king suite with private bathroom and private access to the pool view balcony.
The rooftop deck with it's panoramic gulf views is the perfect setting for coffee or sunset cocktails.
THE LOCATION:
Located on the front row of Miramar Beach, the famous Scenic Gulf Drive Hike and Bike Trail is right outside your front door. It is just a couple minute stroll to one of the largest public beaches in Northwest Florida. Not only is the sugar white beach right there, but fabulous restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Whales Tail are a short walk or bike ride away.
Stay ashore for a day of golfing at several nearby golf courses or if you prefer shopping, head over to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or Beautiful Destin Commons. Other notable attractions include Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, The Track-Destin and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. You'll find something for everyone in Miramar Beach !

Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note, tents and canopies are not allowed on private beaches due to HOA regulations. They are allowed on public beaches. Wedding Permit: Any weddings or events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must also obtain the separate permit through Walton county in addition to the $750.00 Beach Reunion event fee.*

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Peak Season. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Dates of Service are March 1st - November 30th.
Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max at the same time as the pool. Spa cannot operate without the pool heat. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Destin Snorkel offers a wide range of tours on our Coast Guard approved passenger boats; Reef Runner, Kokomo, Sand Dollar, Snuba Runner and the Sea Horse. The entire team at Destin Snorkel prides themselves in customer service. We'll take you out on the beautiful waters surrounding Destin and the Emerald Coast for a safe and enjoyable tour. FREE soda and bottled water are provided on all tours.

Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 1 week prior to your arrival date, codes for the home and private beach gated access will be sent via email to you. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

All homes managed by Beach Reunion require our guests to be 25 years of age or older in order to reserve and stay in the home. Exclusions only apply to those traveling in a family vacation with younger children. No student groups/ student groups with chaperones. No exceptions
The pool during our pool heating season of 10/01-05/01 will reach between 86-90 degrees maximum. The over flow spa does not have the ability to heat higher than the pool. The pool and spa will remain and the same temperatures at the same time. This is preset and locked by our pool company. Tampering with pool equipment will result in a fine.
