Yes, you probably guessed that it has many upgrades but again it surprises with its 10 ft ceilings, travertine tile floors, inset lighting and granite countertops throughout. The kitchen is especially impressive with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, plenty of cookware and of course- spectacular views of the Gulf through the oversized sliding glass doors. Moreover, conveniences like a full laundry room and plenty of seating add the comforts of home.

Each bedroom enjoys beautifully coordinated, beach themed decor bursting with vibrant colors and replete with comfortable furnishings. Plus, the primary suite is a paradise all its own- access to the furnished balcony; a luxury bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower featuring double shower heads and a spa bathtub- yes, you guessed it...will exceed your expectations yet again.

Apart from a location that is within walking distance to restaurants and shops, Dunes of Crystal Beach has some great amenities to offer its guests. Gated entry, assigned parking in a garage, deeded beach access, a fitness center, a grilling area and a spacious pool deck are among the extras that will make a vacation here the substance of dreams.

This condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25.

Property Rules state no boats, trailers, jet ski's, RV's or Golf Carts permitted.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
