The bedding arrangement and spacious size make it perfect for guests who might require two Primary bedrooms. The expansive balcony, complete with high-top table and a million-dollar views is accessible from both the Primary bedroom and the living area. There are multiple flatscreens in this unit plus a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The Crescent is a gated community that also features a fitness center, a community grilling area and limited covered parking. Plus, the location of The Crescent is convenient for all kinds of shopping and restaurants, and of course, the beautiful white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are literally steps away.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
