The space
The large kitchen and great room are perfect to entertain the family while being in stay at home or work from home mode! The back lanai and front porch are screened to keep the bugs out. Soak away your cares in our hot tub on the back porch. Fully furnished with a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome (no dangerous breeds allowed). Karen and I have lived in Fort Myers for 21 years and are happy to give you recommendations for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We own the property and manage it. Do not get stuck in a vacation rental managed by a far away rental manager or corporation.

It has been recently remodeled and is pet friendly. There is a boat ramp close by and is is located less than 5 minutes from I-75 with easy access from the 5 major airports, and visits to Naples, Tampa, Miami, Orlando, etc.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the pool system with a hot tub, kiddie pool and deep pool. They also love the super fast Comcast Internet to stream on their devices. Finally, they like participating with their parents on fun activities like visiting the beach, water park, fishing, dolphin tours, Everglades Airboat Tours, and visiting the many parks in the area.
Area Information
Pet friendly area. Deep and wide canal 1 minute from the river. Direct Access to the Gulf of Mexico. A fun tropical restaurant called The Boathouse is 5 minutes away right on the river. We are 5 minutes from the freeway, 20 minutes from RSW airport, 30 minutes from PGD airport and five other major airports within 2 hours. We recommend Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach 35 minutes away, Fort Myers Beach 45 minutes or Sanibel Island 50 minutes. During our winter season, we recommend arriving before 9:30am to find a parking spot.

About the owner: Mike and Karen have a vision to serve others and create a place for family and friends to relax, refresh, and reconnect.
Mike and Karen have hosted on AirBnB for several years. They had a three story home on 2 ½ acres where they raised their three children. When their last child moved out, they had a big house with empty rooms. Mike’s brother recommended they do AirBnB. They were a little skeptical, but moved forward with trying it out. Immediately a friend had an emergency and needed a place for their family to stay and became their first customers. The first year was a time of learning and growing. By the second season they were fully booked and decided to add a kitchen and make a 2nd AirBNB space. Deciding it was time to downsize, the wonderful property was sold. Mike and Karen then moved to a place on a canal, just off the Caloosahatchee River. After living on the water, they realized the beauty and excitement of it and decided it was time to purchase and share their water properties.
As their three children were growing up they vacationed with Mike’s extended family every year at a lake resort in Minnesota. They were able to connect with each other during the vacation week having fun playing games, fishing, shopping, water skiing, and enjoying meals together. The families didn’t live close together and the week at the lake allowed them to have the bond of fellowship each year.
At Grace in Paradise, Mike and Karen welcome you to their vacation home where you can gather together to relax, refresh, and reconnect finding the same bond of fellowship they in found with their families during their vacations.

Lisa N.Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Spot
Grace in Paradise was a lovely home to stay in and we had the best time hanging by the beautiful pool and hot tub and out door living area. The house was very well stocked, we did not need to bring in any essentials like laundry soap or toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable. The house was super clean and one of the travelers is a clean freak so it passed her inspection. Owners were very attentive and accomodating. There is a great restaurant close by called The Boat House that made you feel like you were at the beach, highly recommend that! We ablsolutely loved our stay!!
