The grounds feature active marina docking facilities, restaurant, tiki hut, grills, private beach and gym area/ club house. 3.4 miles to Duval street. Biking distance to the popular Hog Fish grille and tiki bar, And other great restaurants nearby.
Area Information
The marina is fully gated, well maintained and landscaped. There are many amenities as described above it's a private beach area, group tiki bar, restaurant, fish cleaning stations, gymnasium work out area, boat launch, coin operated laundry, on site showers and bathrooms, group gas grills, and lovely incredible views all around.
Marina staff maintains trash removal, weekly pump outs, shore power, wifi etc.
Parking for one car is included.

Notes:
We ordinarily rent Coconuts as a vacation destination and shorter term rentals but during 'low season' we are hoping to find a longer term 5-6 month consistent renter.
We have a cleaning staff available, should a tenant wish to set up weekly or on call cleanings and laundry service. Many options are negotiable.
