This 1 bedroom condo is considered to be very large by Key West Standards. 2 sets of Patio Doors opening on to the Balcony that provides a peek of the ocean, King Size Bed and a Queen Size Murphy Bed, Large well equipped Kitchen.
Our renovated bathroom features a "Couples walk in shower" (the shower heads both operate at the same time or individually.)

Because we often need to work when we are away there is a dedicated work space with a printer and multi charging station, you provide the laptop, paper and charging cables. Highspeed wireless internet is password protected. The Courtyard nestled in the center of the complex boasts 400 feet of ocean frontage, Olympic Sized Pool and Hot tub. There is a Grilling/Picnic area (you will have to supply your own brickets) designated smoking areas, Library, Clay Tennis Court + 2 regular Courts. 2 Adult Bikes, Secure highspeed wireless internet and telephone offering free long distance (in continental USA and Canada) Assigned Garage Parking. 2 Smart TV's, HD Cable, Single serve Keurig Coffee/Latte station, Blender etc. We continue to upgrade and enhance our vacation home on a regular basis, adding personal touches bringing in the Beach House Cottage style. We have dimmer switches in every room to help set the mood, multiple battery operated candles, etc. Welcome to the Beach!

About the owner: We are Canadian's and feel very blessed to be able to spend time here and in Nova Scotia. We love to travel and always seek out this type of accommodation so that we can live like a local, have our morning coffee and tea and a night cap at the end of the day...
Why this property? This is very large in comparison to most condo's in Key West, the Gardens and court yard are stunning all year long, we have the only clay tennis court in Key West and the pool is spectacular....
