The pool is spectacular...the beach is one of the biggest in the Keys...the house is really special with the elevated walkway direct to the swimming pool through the palm trees and has the feel of a treehouse out of the Swiss Family Robinson novel.

My family booked Seaview Estates for our 25th Anniversary trip! We rented both houses so we had the property to ourselves. Upon arrival, Carol met us at the gate and began our tour of the property. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The homes are right on the beach. The pool is set between the 2 homes with a tiki hut that is fantastic!We spent lots of time at the pool and fishing from the pier. The hot tub area of the pool was shallow enough for my 5 year old daughter to stand up and she had a blast swimming! My older boys and husband spent most of their time fishing and caught several sharks, mackerel, and a barracuda!Troy and Carol’s hospitality was phenomenal! We had 2 big baskets of fresh eggs from the property in the fridge when we arrived. The home was stocked with just about everything we could need! Carol made us a homemade key lime pie mid-week and it was delicious!! Carol even brought my daughter a bracelet the day before we left as a sweet souvenir from our time there. We had a fantastic time!The only negative is the biting insects, which are pretty well always an issue in south Florida anywhere you go. Take your natural bug sprays specific for noseeums, and take a hydro cell and just move it around with you. Problem solved!I’d love to return to Seaview Estates in the future. It was such a relaxing week in an absolutely gorgeous setting!!

The owners and property are one of a kind in the Florida Keys. I have stayed in many locations in the Florida Keys and this is one most unique places to stay. We stayed in their other house on the same property, a small round house, 3 br 2 ba, but the amenities are the same. The owners, Troy and Carol, live onsite in the back of the property. The gated ocean front property shares a beautiful pool and view, a comfortable tiki hut, and a long pier with abundant fish swimming at the end with both rentals. They had kayaks, bikes, ice machine, beach and bath towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. We kept a small center console boat tied to the end of the pier for two weeks. They also had enough property to store our boat trailer. We were easily able to fish from the pier and boat, dive for lobster and take the boat to go snorkeling at looekey reef.
