CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest may cancel the Agreement without obligation and entitled to a full refund of any deposits made, less a $200.00 cancellation fee, if written cancellation is received by Owner at least 90 days prior to Guest's scheduled Arrival Date. If cancellation is not received 90 days before arrival date, all monies received will be considered agreed upon liquidated damages unless Premise is leased for exact same term. Guest shall have the option of reserving for same term and rental rate for a $200.00 fee. Such reservation must be made less than 90 days before the desired dates.
